Comment : I moved in with a family member and was stuck trying to figure out where to put my belongings. Overwhelmed with this thought I started researching storage facilities that were convenient and within my budget. The website was user friendly and the depiction of size was pretty accurate when I arrived to check the place out. I was greeted as I walked in and immediately engaged in a pleasant conversation with the sales rep. She immediately wanted to know what I would be storing, for how long and how soon I would be moving in. This all being new to me I had a picture of the contents that I needed to store. The rep showed me to some units that might fit my stuff. She definitely made this overwhelming task easy for me. I was even happy to find out that they would pick up my items to be stored. The move went great. The transition was fast, reliable and they did an awesome job. Their customer service is excellent. This is why I am so secure with having my belongings stored here. They were not cheap but with the service I received I do not mind paying a little extra.
