Comment : Very disappointed with Beltmann group. VALUABLE lamps delivered unprotected in open box with golf clubs! torn upholstery on chair, lost big screen power plug, bent wrought iron table. Terrible packing job. Boxes poorly marked and crystal packed with heavy stuff!!! Bought extra insurance but paid pennies on the dollar! Then took forever to get measly check. Sales rep NOWHERE to be found in processing claim. BUYER (Mover) beware! Never again.
