Comment : This company took over the original moving company that I had which they shut down. I was thankful for their prompt responses. They kept my items longer than we had agreed upon. They damaged my marble table, which over 6 months later I am still fighting to get my money back. We had a few missing boxes and other small damaged items which was expected. We also received a box that was not ours and would not contact me back so I could return the items to their owner. They kept directing me to the claims department but they would not help me either. I took this matter into Better Business Bureau and hopefully they will help me. They also nickled and dimed me and charged me an additional 500 than the original contract and I even packed less items! Trust me, you are better off getting a UHAUL and hiring movers through there, it is much cheaper. I will never go through a moving company again. The movers did not speak much english which was fine, until they were rude to me when I tried to help them with an easier route to the truck.
