Comment : When I had to use movers for relocating, it was that time of the year when there was going to be heavy rainfall. I was worried sick about that because I didn’t want my possessions getting damaged due to rain! But I was glad that there were no damages to my items while moving. They have a really professional and experienced crew who assured me that it was their responsibility to take care of everything. They had all the equipments needed and the crew was the best that I have encountered so far. I’ve had a bad experience with a mover once before. I’m glad there was no repeat of such an incident. The price was very reasonable and was according to what I had in mind. I liked how the crew was able to deal with pressure and crisis management. I was very pleased with the service. I’m pretty sure I’d choose them in the future too.

Comment : If I can give them NO stars I would!!! They are the worst shipping and freight company you can ever hire!!! My stuff arrived like trash, my new furniture all broken in pieces, stratched, really really bad. I contacted the Owner MARCELA ALONSO, she never responded to my phone calls, emails and claims!!! She never picks up the phone, somebody always answers for her. They message is that she is always on the phone, in a meeting, out of the office, but never available to talk! They are a joke! please save yourself a huge headache, this people are the worst ever and THEY KNOW IT!

Comment : AB Group shipping movers are great! I had used them a while ago when we had to move some stuff from our storage unit to our store. Those guys were really professional! The price was the best when compared to the others. They gave me no trouble at all. They have a very transparent policy. I had gone for that. The crew was well mannered and quick at their work. They maintain punctuality. The whole experience was the best that I’ve ever had with movers. It was very smooth. Transportation was done instantly and the cargo arrived right on time. I was so glad that I went for them and not for the movers I usually go for. Those guys are a rip off! These guys were far better than them. I’d be sure to go for AP shippers next time too!

Comment : TERRIBLE! They were late to pick up a pallet for delivery to convention they were even later to deliver it. Then they took the money paid them via Uship and just kept it not paying UPS the carrier they contracted to pick it up. So they are thieves too as the took $675 and ran. The only thing they did was call UPS and stick me with the bill the easiest $675 they probably made that week.
