Comment : Many thanks to this company for being nice to me and for taking care of my precious chattels. You moved me from Garland to Glenview, IL. I was astonished by your professionalism and how your treat your clients. Compared to my previous experience moving, this is by far the best and ended up being so perfect and not a nightmare. I never felt been taken advantage by your people especially on hidden charges. Yes, I was charges some but the driver informed me two days before that there will be additional charges because of the location of my apartment. Second floor without elevator. Thats guys and I am very pleased to make this review for you because you showed me good deeds by giving the service worth the money I paid for.

Comment : I will admit even though I am very OCD, when it comes to moving I just let others do it for me.I moved countless of times and to tell you the truth I wasn't so happy at all.Moving was very stressful, tiring, confusing. Moving can only be a positive experience if you hire the right people. That's why I hired 24 hours moving which I found through the internet. In most websites they have high rating except for yelp who in my own experience was very unreliable. I used yelp before and made some reviews and rating to establishments I checked in and they deleted my reviews. So totally, I don't believe on anything posted in Yelp(Just saying to those readers). So back to 24 hours moving, They were too nice and too professional. They help me finish my packing and cleaned up some mess. They wrapped my furniture with padded blue blankets which in fact help keep it safe. They were really down to earth and just kept working all the time. When they delivered it it was in good condition and still as clean as it was clean when I shipped it. I would 100% use this company again, In fact my cousin moving out of Dallas already hired them to move him to Nevada. Thanks guys :-)

Comment : We have not moved yet and we are going to use them. I do not know what is the final deal is going to be yet. The thing I like about this guy is that he gave me a lot information about moving and he also stressed several times that they are not a broker. I pray that is true because everyone states that is the biggest nightmare about moving. He told me a lot of stuff about like how things have to be packed. How it is easier to use a medium size box than a large box and bunch of stuff. He just gave me a lot of information from the first phone call. Most of the other companies all they say on the first phone call is can we come out give you a bid. They do not tell you anything else. The quote was reasonable. They were the easiest to work with. The biggest thing is they gave me a lot of information.

Comment : I used 24 hours moving inc to move my four bedroom house.Three uniformed guys came in to do the pick up on time. They spent about six hours to finish everything. They worked pretty fast and professional, wrapping every piece of furniture. There were absolutely no damage before, during and after the whole move. They disassemble and put back together my big furniture, mirrors, dressers, beds, sectionals, tables. Movers were very polite and really cared about my furniture. Their customer relations officer were also very good and took care of all my concerns. They give affordable rates compared to other companies and final price did not exceed the quoted price. They are licensed and insured as well. I spent somewhat over $200 and tipped movers $40 each (they deserved every dollar). I am very happy with the service. Bottom line, I got my move done quickly, all my belongings moved with no damages and they set all my furniture in the rooms the way I want it. Next time I definitely gonna call them again.

Comment : I hired 24 Hours Moving for our move. During the move highly qualified crews arrived at exact time. They were fast, respectful, very honest and transparent about cost, and most of all was very professional. There were no damages on my furniture and they never left my home thrashy. Comment : April 4 was a good date because it marks a new chapter in our life when we moved out of Texas which was been our home for most of our lives. It was a very good for me and my wife because we moved to our newly bought apartment. It was like a dream come true for us and these movers made the day more special for us by their wonderful service. They were affordable, good workers, witty people, very considerate(they respected us and treated us well especially my wife who is pregnant). They also did everything exactly as we requested. Both of us were really happy to recieve our irems in great condition after the move. I do appreciate their efficiency and willingness to do well. I recommend them very well to anybody

Comment : I recently move with 24 Hours Moving and all my experience was positive whoever the person I am dealing with. They sent different people from the pick-up and delivery and both were very polite and considerate. I was on traffic to accept the delivery and I am running late to the delivery location, which is a public storage. They waited on me for Thirty minutes without any charges. Great people. I will definitely hire them again.

Comment : Basically I used this company upon the recommendation of my neighbor who works in the moving company. Since, he was my neighbor I am pretty sure they won't give me a hard time just like other moving companies did to me on my previous moves. This move is just very small, some boxes bed frames and paintings are included in my move, but what made me make this reviews is the company's honesty. The day they picked up my stuffs I wasn't there to assist them, given the number of items I have in thirty minutes they were done, and according to them my move is by far the smallest one they ever did. The guy assigned to pick up the items called me before they left my house that they found one dapple bag that was left inside the house and given the fact that I was already in Florida that time I just let them picked up the bag, me forgetting what was in the bag never mind whatever it was until they delivered it, when I opened the bag it contains my gym items and also an old missing wallet with about $700 dollar cash in it. If it weren't them who did the move I must not got my $700 back. Good job and congratulations guys! You earned a loyal customer.

Comment : We have a pleasant experience with 24 hours moving inc two occasional times in two months each a month apart. It was a corporate move, only locally but in a different county. Our plan is to move four floors first on the first month and follow up the last two floors after a month. We needed a company locally that has the good reputation on being one of the professionals in moves like this. We tried hiring big companies around town but they were asking too much price. So we checked with local listing first and asked for quotes(actually their quotes were three times lower than the big companies asking price). Three were on our list, but we chose 24 hours moving inc since they have experience moving an office before. So basically the job is just to be able to manage pulling off the move of 6 floors of office equipment, devices, tables, chairs, cabinets, computers, monitors, gadgets etc. with care and responsibility. Ten people made the move possible.they wrapped, packed tightly, taped and padded delicate and vulnerable items. They have all the necessary equipment and materials to finish everything. Their spacious vehicles was able to accommodate a large number of belongings safe and sound as well. It is a company which can handle not only the domestic move, but corporate moves as well. The company's properties were all in safe and good condition when delivered to the new location. Thanks to the team effort of Mike and Roy this ends up smoothly and everybody is happy.

Comment : My mother is an elderly woman who currently lives in her own house. She is very weak and we are very worried that because nobody lives with her she will be in great danger due to her heart ailment and to mention her previous stroke attack. So even if she did not agree we decided to put her on a senior assisted living house where people can actually attend to her needs specially be the lookout after her health(as much as we want to take care of her, we are also very busy at work to sustain living for our family). Since she is moving to a smaller house, some of her items needs to go to a storage facility. 24 hours moving inc was the company who did the move for us. Roy was the one who did both the pick up and the delivery. He is so nice and very caring to my mother although she don't cooperate with them. Thanks to 24 hours moving inc everything went well and no hassle at all. Thank you to Roy and company for the patience and understanding to the elderly person. Thumbs up! Comment : I was a single woman who just recently broke up with my boyfriend. He was so bitter with our break up that I was constantly been stalked. Although I reported him to Authorities I was in so much fear for my life that made me move so urgently. I called 24 hours moving inc to move me and I requested an immediate and confidential move. I moved to Kansas City, MO where my parents and most of my relatives live. The situation I was in that time is very stressful and I really wanted my move to be smooth. 24 hours moving inc never failed me when they flawlessly moved me and very friendly and approachable in every aspect. Comment : When you hire a moving company, you are paying for an easier moving experience than if you had to do it yourself. Well this was not the case They were late, rude, and racist! They would't even put on shoe covers that I supplied for them unless I provided an additional $300, because the movers say they did not have enough time to put them on. I just merely did not want any dirt tracked in the new home and they were adamant about not wearing them unless I paid that horrendous amount. So my mother was becoming unhappy and the mover assumed she was saying bad words about him. He said, I know what she's saying because I know Japanese!!" I told the mover, "We are not Japanese.." He replied, "then what are you..." and I shook my head after because he crossed the line. I am never ever hiring this company and i would STRONGLY DO NOT recommend anyone hiring them.

Comment : First week of February when we moved to San Jose. We hired 24 hours moving inc. We are frequent movers because of my husband's job and we are never new on disastrous experience on every move. We expect this move is the same thing but hoping less stress than the others. We are a family of Asian-Indian decent migrated in USA and my husband is a computer engineer. My husband is so stressed from everything that is happening out of this move and without him noticing he went overboard and became so demanding to the movers. Although He was so rude to this people, the movers never returned back any his bad treatment. They were still calm and respectful to us. I was apologetic to the movers as well. During delivery its a different set of people who came in deliver it. My husband is more calm this time and after a very good service and very respectful treatment to us he managed to apologize to them and gave them tip which he rarely do. For the first time on our move we got a professional and not a so so service and we are a happy customer. Through this review we apologize again to the people on the pick up. Thank you for your patience and the excellent service inspite of a bad treatment.

Comment : I am Maegan and my moving experience with 24 hours moving inc was exemplary. I was a single parent of three kids and got a better job out of Texas. Moving was so stressful for me but 24 Hours moving made it so easy for me by doing everything (dis-assembly, packing and shipping). They were quick and ready with right equipment and materials for the move. They sent people who knew how to secure everything in good condition which results on zero damage or missing item. Comment : This was a huge relief because my initial move to Dallas was a huge disaster! So disastrous that we were very skeptical about ever using another moving company ever again. 24 Hours Moving restored our trust in moving companies.We received on-time, reliable and honest updates from our agent Sindy. The Delivery guy updated me a day before the delivery arrives and called me again 30 minutes away, He is also considerate of our work status and is willing to give me a call when he is an hour away so i have time to drive down. The people in the office and the field people are accurate and very polite.I don't have any problem with this people and I am willing to refer them to my colleagues and friends.

Comment : I definitely did not expect to have a great outcome after all my past experiences with some other moving companies.I talked to them about my prerequisites on the move and what are the actual items that's included on my move and I actually got the answer I needed and the phone conversation ended very pleasantly.I needed to move a medium size house whom resided by a family of four with three pet cats and a dog. Most of the furniture have some cat or dog fur but they don't mind the mess. Even the head guy on the delivery although allergic to the cats fur make a way to get rid of his allergy symptoms and worked normally throughout the delivery day. So basically beside that they were very patient and very customer oriented they were also reliable. They were careful and they move fast, with ease and handled everything well. To end it up, my family's move via 24 Hours Moving Inc was very positive. Thumbs up in all aspect.
