Comment : I used Pack Rat to move from Indiana to Phoenix. This required that my stuff be stored for three months in Phoenix while I found a home. I can not say enough good things about Curtis Moran and all the drivers I worked with at Pack Rat. They made the move seamless and stress free. I had two 16 foot containers and NOTHING WAS BROKEN in either one when they were finally delivered to my new home. I used one of the professional movers recommended by Pack Rat and it was money well spent because they were experienced with packing Pack Rat containers. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Pack Rat. If I ever move again, I will certainly call you!

Comment : I never write reviews, but had to leave a glowing one for the guys at 1-800-Pack-Rat in the Sterling/Chantilly, VA area. Not only were they prompt and professional, but the level of patience and diligence displayed by Hardeep Singh (the drop off driver) exceeded my expectations! Despite my having paid for/received a parking permit from the county, when Hardeep showed up to drop off my pod, there was a county maintenance crew onsite that told him he could not drop the pod in the permitted area. He immediately called me and, with the crew leader, was able to negotiate placement that would satisfy all. He did all this over the phone (while I was at work) and even sent pictures and provided frequent updates.
