Comment : I picked the company based on the volume of positive feedback about them online. My expectations were exceeded. On-site estimator gave a fair fixed prize, and the crews in both ends were on time, clean, polite and extra careful with our furniture. The customer service over the phone was pleasant. The consolidated shipping (we moved cross state) means that the customer accepts the delivery to occur within a window of several days rather than on a fixed time and date and surprisingly, my belongings were delivered much earlier than the anticipated date. I really appreciated their scheduling process. Indeed, a great moving company.

Comment : Really disappointed with this moving company! What a joke - I did a move from Minnesota to Chicago, hired a truck and paid someone off of Craiglist to load/unload the items as well as drive truck to Chicago This time the move was substantially further in terms of distance from Chicago so I figured I would hire a known moving company. They take your deposit after pick-up and then literally stop paying any attention to the customer- they refuse to listen to complaints and are extremely unreasonable to deal with. Horrendous experience so far !! Save your money and hire someone from Craigslist,you might have better luck.

Comment : I used All Around Van Lines when I moved back to New York. The company at first approach seemed pretty fair and reasonable. The estimate they gave me is exactly what they charged me. They showee up on time and got every thing loaded nice and safe. They drove off and I headed to the airport. The movers however arrived a day later due to some bad weather as I was told by the driver. That is the only hiccup that I had with All Around Van Lines. Other than that the price was good and the service was great.

Comment : All Around Van Lines is, hands down, a top-notch moving company. From the get-go, they were professional in booking my move, including a follow-up e-mail that clearly outlined the hourly rate/minimum, gas costs, and estimated time for my move. As everyone knows, moving is stressful. On moving day, I was particularly frazzled due to uncontrollable circumstances with my apartment building, but the three-man crew assigned to me did not skip a beat. Not only did they show up on time, they were very friendly, efficient at finding a space for the truck/maneuvering my space/move, and (most importantly, handled my belongings with as much care as if they were their own. All of that being said, I will use All Around Van Lines again when I need to move and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Comment : As professional a company from the sales representative to the movers and to John in the office as one could hope to find. I really liked their Customer service and I think it’s their USP. John, in the office was a gem and solved any questions that came up. He was wonderful. The crew who moved us (Darren's crew) was totally professional, careful and worked non-stop. No talking, joking, or wasting time during the moving process. They were the best workers I have ever seen at any job. All in all a pleasant experience to a job that usually is not so much fun to do. Comment : Just one week ago I moved from IL to FL. It was a hassle free move. Thanks to All Around Van Lines. They were quite responsible and efficient all through the time. Very quick but effective packing and loading, very swift transport and setting up all the things in my new sweet home were way too much satisfactory. I paid what I was about to according to the quotation. They keep all your belongings intact because their movers really got the safest hands and amazing packing skills.

Comment : Most moving companies are ridiculously overpriced. I didn’t want to spend a fortune on moving. After much research and numerous phone calls I hired All Around Van Lines. Their estimate seemed the most rational to me. The movers arrived half an hour early on the moving day and got to work immediately. The heavy furniture was a big issue but they carried everything with such ease and efficiency. They were off just after 3 hours. Their efficiency must have saved me tons of money. The delivery was made on time. They stuck to their original quote which is why I’m writing this review.

Comment : I am lucky to have found All Around Van Lines. At first we hire a company through online process but they never even returned a call. We were very worried and stressed on move day and started looking for the movers that could help us move. It was not an easy task. But we were extremely fortunate to get in touch with Jason. He replied me within minutes and they agreed to work for us in the same day. When the movers arrived, they went straight to work. We felt very confident they would do a great job as they were very well-informed and answered all our queries. Right after we talked, the team started wrapping every item quickly with extra clean blankets, tape and shrink-wrapped. Nothing was damaged or broken by the end of the move. They charged a very reasonable rate with no surprise hidden charges. I want to thank them again for saving the day and helping us, we wish them all the success.

Comment : Moving is such a stressful experience so it was important for me to find the right moving service to make it an easy transition for my family. A family friend recommended All Around Van Lines based on his personal moving experience with them and I am glad I used them. They did a great job from coming early on move day and packing us up, to constantly staying in touch throughout the delivery process, to unpacking and setting up all the furniture. These guys were professional from start to finish and Jason was a pleasure to work with while setting up the entire process.

Comment : Simply stated : This was my first moving experience across country. I was so pleased that it was indeed a very positive experience. I made many phone calls, wrote many emails regarding pricing, availability, etc. I did my homework. All Around Van Lines was the winner. From the very first phone conversation I had with Jason at All Around Van Lines I was comfortable with the whole process presented to me. He was patient with my many questions and concerns. He was reassuring, thorough, and very professional. Initially, Jason quoted me a price for the shipping of 40 boxes of various sizes, from IL to MI. After do some additional inquiries with other company I received a lower quote on my upcoming move. I called Jason and asked if he could price match - and he did. The move cost me 1500.00. The driver was Smith. I couldn't have asked for a better mover. Jason took care with loading my boxes and gave me his phone number so I could keep in touch with him regarding who, when and what time someone would meet him when he arrived at the destination. My goods arrived in good condition and on time. Thank you, All Around Van Lines and Smith.

Comment : You can easily depend on All Around Van Lines. They handled my move with the utmost respect for my valuables. They arrived on time and started the packing and wrapping process. They took great care of my furniture and other belongings. They made the delivery on time and all my belongings arrived intact and safely. I have to talk about their pricing. They quoted me very low and stuck to it at the end. I had talked to several companies before hiring them. None of them could come close to their estimate. Comment : My Job has required me to move from Chicago, IL to Miami, FL. I have moved across the country twice earlier and it's extremely stressful and hectic. There's something disconcerting about watching your belongings get loaded onto a truck and hoping you receive it in the same shape you sent it. When I met All Around Van Lines sales rep. Mike, he was extremely professional and immediately put me at ease. As a woman, it was very important to feel safe, and not feel like you're being taken advantage of and I must say that I was so comfortable post my conversation with Mike. My estimate was beyond reasonable. On the day of the move, the movers showed up on time and treated me with respect and took very good care of my belongings. Everything was wrapped, better than what I would've done. I felt comfortable and at ease as they loaded up the truck. In 9 days, my belongings arrived from IL to FL. They called me and they delivered my items to my apartment the following day. Again, the movers were professional and unloaded everything safely, despite a two-story walk-up, with care. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. One thing that Mike told me early in our discussion stood out for me throughout the entire process. He said, "Sometimes, you can't prevent problems but it's how you deal with it that makes a difference." This is the key to quality customer service. I knew that no matter what happened, I would be able to reach him, discuss it and resolve it. Luckily, there were no problems. If I ever move again, I will be calling All Around Van Lines.

Comment : We are not new in relocating. My wife and I have already lived in 5 states. We always hire the same company to move us every time we are relocating. It’s All Around Van Lines. They always take such gentle care of all our belongings. Their men are very well trained. The company has so much experience under their belt. For our last move, our usual movers were unavailable. We hired some new guys from the company and they also turned out to be very skilled. They do their best to finish the job in the least possible time. And they always deliver on time. Comment : Moving is actually fun once you hire All Around Van Lines. This company sent movers who are funny, smart and also hardworking. Moving things seemed so easy when they were doing it. Comment : These guys were the real deal. They came in like a professionals and got my house packed up and loaded faster than I thought humanly possible. And fast does not mean sloppy with them. Each piece of furniture was completely wrapped and shrink wrapped to insure their safe arrival. Things like paintings and electronics were crated up. These guys really know how to do their job smartly and the delivery came on time in the same truck with the same group of guys and they set up my new home beautifully. They sure have my recommendation for the beautiful job they have done for us.
