Comment : We are hesitant to move from Texas to Alabama as we have heard so many unpleasant stories of some bad moving companies. We found 24 hours moving inc online and saw some bad reviews but most are good ones. We tried calling them and asking for estimates and the estimates are impressive(compared to others whom we asked for estimates). We set aside everything and all the movers we contacted yet until I show my sister the list of this company. She said a friend of her told her about 24 hours moving inc and she said they are good company. Since we are having a hard time choosing we decided to hear my sister. We used 24 hours moving inc. In the end, the deal is very good and the service went beyond expectations. They were truly a professional moving company. Too impressive for a small moving company.I cannot say enough good things about these guys! Will definitely use them again next time we move!

Comment : Hi Everyone, My name is Catherine Louvre. I work as a five star hotel singer/performer. Due to the nature of my job, I frequently move, from state to state.Usually by contract, I would stay in one place for a year and then move to another state again. When I move I bring with me sound system equipment, wardrobe cabinets, boxes of make up kits, boxes of outfits, performance gadgets and some furniture. I don't say i hate what I am doing but this is the only job that I know and could benefit me good compensation. In all my move i always use a moving company. I have a long list of trusted moving companies but its my first time to live in Dallas and I don't know any moving company from here that can move me back to New York where my next contract will be. I found 24 hours moving company through a hotel employee. I called them and asked for quote and I implied about the urgency of the job and that it needs to get in New York in time. We settled everything down and started the move. The movers arrived on time and in just 30 minutes they were done. That's how few my items were. Although its just few items, I am glad of the good service the company gave.Everything went well and came in time without any damage or scratched. I can see that they handled it very carefully. Overall, I am satisfied and they are on my to use mover when I return to Dallas.

Comment : Several movers contacted me wanting to give me quotes for an upcoming move. After talking to Veronica, I decided to use them for my move. They were measuring everything by CuF and she gave me a pretty much competitive pricing. She included the packing materials and the full service (They will pack everything securely), the flight of stairs and the second pick up location on the price. I was moving from a small living space to a whole house so I need to take all my belongings stored in a storage not far away from where I live. I scheduled the moved and I am quite surprise that they came up earlier as expected on the first pickup location. They waited 30 minutes and when I arrived never seen and heard any complains from them for the long wait. The second pick up location is quite more challenging since it is located in the third floor and there is no elevator but they made it through and finished 2 hours after. Overall the pick up went well, They packed up all my things and wrapped my furniture in blankets to help protect them and loaded the truck quickly and safely. The delivery is just like a piece of cake for them. The place have a big driveway and they need to drop the boxes in the garage. Furniture were disassembled and one hour later they were done with the delivery. Pretty impressive for a small moving company. Comment : I had a huge doubt on moving companies that I actually decided to do my move out of state with the help of my boyfriend. Halfway through our packing I've seen a lot of damage already without loading it yet to a truck. That's when I decided to hire a mover which I think would make less damage to my belongings. Its easy to find, ask the people whom you trust and they will tell you what you want. My best-friend mentioned her local move with 24 hours moving. Without any hesitation I called them, asked for a quote and scheduled the move. Well, the trust I gave to my best friend was worth it.I saw with my two eyes the professional work this moving company provides. By seeing all the work that went in to packing all my fragile items carefully i'm glad i went with the pros. My belongings got to me in Pennsylvania the same condition as they packed them and they even reassembled everything like new. Couldn't ask for more. I expected to pay more but this was never the case. I gave them big tip for their fantastic service. I couldn't be happier with the job they did and i don't hope to be moving again anytime soon but just in case if i do they were definitely the first one whom I will call.

Comment : I am Kandelle and I am writing in behalf of my boss Ms. Mary Carlton. My boss is a frequent mover and I usually do the schedule of move from state to state. She just recently used 24 hours Moving inc to move her entire Boutique to Chicago. She is a fashion Designer and she found an opportunity to have her own shop down in Chicago. Most of the stuffs that was moved was expensive Wedding dresses that needs to stay in tact and hanged inside the truck. That was her long time dream, to be in Chicago limelight so she pursued it even without hesitation. Gowns.Glass display hutches. Wardrobe cabinets. Designer furniture and a 300 rolls of fabric where shipped. We paid for the space for the wardrobes so its not packed in and they have crated all the glass hutches and furniture. They were delivered in all great condition without any scratch or damage. Comment : Out of the three moves I done in 5 years this is far most the most pleasant of all. Most are all positive results while dealing with 24 hours moving inc. I got a quote from them to move my home back in October for $4500. For me it's a little pricey so I went ahead and inquired on different companies. I compared all offers and I am not so satisfied on how they dealt with me. Although a couple company gave a lower price, their inclusive items and charges were not as accurate as 24 hours moving inc. So, I made up my mind and got the service of 24 hours moving inc and closed the deal. Three people showed up on my house the next day and they were super nice people especially the leader. Since everything is included on our deal they did the packing and securing of fragile items. They finished the loading in about 4 hours. They were very tired after the job so i fed them some dinner and of course I tipped the guys(I am nice to those who are nice and does their job perfectly).The delivery was pretty good too and I am so amazed how witty the driver is. He talks smart, with sense and humor. While they were doing the job I never get bored. Of course i gave them a tip in the end and I am very happy to do that. So next time, be wise check for other options and chose whom you think is the best deal not just because it offers low cost. Sometimes doing this, you get what you pay for! Comment : I was tasked by my husband to take care of our move and I hired 24 hours moving inc because of my neighbors recommendation. Well, based on our experience they were pretty impressive and they were fair in pricing. They gave a good service in accordance to the price they quoted us. I paid $100 more than the original quote because we added 7 more boxes which were not included in the online quote I sent. Comment : I am a manager of an IT company in Plano and the company recently expanded and opened a new office/data center in New Jersey. They chose me to head the satellite office and I need to move as soon as possible. I asked my friends who moved out of Texas for a moving company and 3 of them gave the same company. The 24 hours moving inc. They recommended them for having polite people, giving good price, professional work and customer service is courteous. I called them and gave them my requirements of an immediate move. I gave them the specifics of my items and to make everything sure they sent someone to do the estimates again. In the end we got their service, they came early for pick up and they worked on packing and wrapping everything. They have the materials and equipment and they never left any single scratch or trash from where they work. The delivery went well too. We got an additional charge for steps on stairs but it's fine with us. In anyway it's stated on the contract that they can incur charges in some instances. I gave big tip for the guys who did the job (a driver/foreman 4 guys). Like my friends I will recommend them for sure.

Comment : Robert and his helper were excellent! I would strongly recommend him. He confirmed the move the day before, and he showed up on time the next day. He is very flexible, efficient, and helpful. I needed to make 2 additional stops, and he was very accommodating. Basically he charges by time, and he said I could make multiple stops, which I needed to as it was the only time I would have a truck to pick up large items. His prices are extremely reasonable ($70/hr). Additionally, I moved 2 hours away, and all he did was charge me for gas in addition to the hourly fee. In the end, he was far cheaper than any other moving company, and I called quite a few. He also had the highest rating. Robert is honest, experienced, and a hard worker. Recommendations: Be packed/ready to go. He has blankets and plastic for big items like couches and tvs, but it is best if you are packed and ready to go. You can help them move smaller items if you want to expedite the process and save a bit. Notes: On the weekends he has a 3 hour minimum. On the weekdays it is a 2 hour minimum. He accepts credit cards. Great moving experience!

Comment : I recently helped my 68 year old mother move to Nevada. She is alone living for many years in Texas and I live in Nevada. She felt so lonely so i suggested she move close to me and my family. She is ailing and have a lot of problems due to her age so as much as possible I want her to have a stress free move by hiring a reliable and professional company.I found 24 hours Moving Inc online and upon calling, a lady helped me in planning her move, sent estimates and settled everything.I did all the packing on boxes and 24 hours moving inc guy's did the packing of large furniture. They advised me in the best way possible on how to pack a number of items I wasn't sure of. They were polite and made my mother feel comfortable with the whole move process. She is very happy when everything came in good condition and they helped her unpacked the things. They were very polite and good people. They reached our expectations, with fying colors. All in all, it was a successful move.

Comment : I talked to a salesperson in 24 hours moving inc for my move to Nevada, I found their site from google and I sent in and asked for a quotation. I filled up a form and someone called me from their office. They asked me to send the inventory of items that we will take to the new house, As soon as I sent it they sent a quoatationa and called me to explain in detail everything that was being included in the price he gave me, he gave me a great price for packing as well. Me and my wife talked about the offers given by different companies and we decided to get the services of 24 hours moving inc. So I called back, gave my deposit and everything was set. They we early on the move day and started packing all and i was just amazed at how quickly and efficiently they did everything. The guy definitley looked like they had years and years of experience as far as i could tell. Nothing was scratched or dropped. They loaded everything into their truck and that's it. I told them my first available delivery date was a couple of days from that day I was picked up. They told me they couldnt guarantee i would get delivered that day, but that they would try to get it as close to that date as possible. When i heard that i expected a week or two after the date i wanted, since that is what happened with two previous companies i had used, but to my surprise i received my things only 2 days after the day i had said i would be ready. and all my items were delivered in perfect condition. not a single

Comment : I have a lot of questions regarding moving. I am a super detailed person and I apply it on my everyday life. A week ago, for the first time I need to move out of Texas, I was been picked by my employer to handle the new branch of brand distribution company in Salt Lake City. This is a one time oppurtunity that I need to grab on eventhough I don't want to leave my hometown. I nedd to move to Utah with my wife and 2 young children. I found one company that fits all my requirements. The quality, professionalism and price(i searched online and saw some good testimonials), 24 hours moving inc is the company to mention. I called them and asked in details evrything about how they move. the operator even checked the address location to make sure that she can inform me if an additional charge will be incurred (like extra flight of stairs, place where semi won't fit and they need to haul a smaller truck). Luckily our house is one story and is close to the road. After a long talk, we finally agreed with a good price. The movers arrived on time and did a great job at getting everything loaded pretty quickly. We thought it would take longer but we were able to leave earlier than expected. They were a little bit earlier when they delivered. We are still an hour away from the new house when they arrived. I gave them a go to start unloading since I gave them an extra key(just in case). Comment : August this year when we moved to North Dakota. We found a beautiful home and we planned to use it as our retirement home. Me and my wife have a lot of valuable antique furniture and expensive items that needs to be shipped. Those antique items are like our babies that needs to be taken care of. In fact, I am willing to pay extra just to for my stuffs be handled with care. 24 hours moving came out to have good reputation as per the online ratings/reviews show. I called the guys and Troy did the estimates, he is quite a good person. Very polite and respectful. I made reservations with Cindy, and scheduled the pickup. The next day, they came in to pick up the items and I let them handle and manage the packing and loading of my items. They made sure that the items were overprotected (I witness how they did layers of wrapping and padding on all the items especially the fragile ones).They made sure i marked the inventory just to make sure everything is accounted for. The items was delivered unscathed and in good condition. I am so happy that made me write this review. So people around Dallas area, Hire this company, you will never regret you did. Comment : My pick-up location was in Eagle Pass, Texas and I was so anxious why I was rejected by most movers I call to do my move to Arizona. They said it was too dangerous and that in order for them to serve me they will charge double. So I refused until I found 24 hours moving inc. They also charged more but not as much as most companies were asking. Despite all of the bad companies I inquired I finally had a company willing to move me and they were actually very respectful and professional. They treated me good and all my belongings. To sum it up, the end justifies this company. Quick and easy, that's how they handled my stuffs and never seen broken or damage on any of it. Keep it up guys and I hope your company keeps on growing. Comment : I hired the services of 24 hours moving inc.after searching online and reading some reviews.We called the company and asked for a quote given the specifics of the house size, number of boxes and furniture. We settled to a very affordable price and scheduled the move. We changed the date 3 times and they were still nice and never get annoyed with us. The moving team are very courteous and polite and removed their shoes in both properties to protect the floor when requested. I have valuable paintings both small and big and they perfectly wrapped it good since it was delivered in good condition. Everything was accounted for and it was delivered in perfect condition. Comment : The sales agent, customer representative, the pick up driver, crew and the delivery driver and crew were tremendously very helpful and courteous. The length of delivery days does not matter to me but the condition of my valuables was a big thing. They gave me both, on-time delivery and an unscathed, complete furniture. They also assembled the dis-assembled furniture and perfectly placed it on area we required. I never had any problems at all. Worth every penny I paid them and gave a worthy big tip to both the pick up and delivery personnel.

Comment : I did two moves with Hawk movers. The first move went fine, but the second resulted in them losing an office chair and a foam mat. They removed them from my apartment, but did not load them onto the truck. They claim that they will only pay 60 cents for each pound that the items weigh. So I will not be made whole despite their negligence. I recommend using a different moving service.

Comment : School is over and I just finished my college from UNT. I needed to move back to IOWA and stay there for good where my family is. So I packed up everything. Some 25 boxes, paintings and a hutch is all i had to bring. The rest like the bed and my couch I left to the new occupant of my room. Being this small, my move was very simple and very easy and I felt it was easier through the help of 24 hours moving. They were fast like a bullet. in fifteen minutes they were done and gone. In ten days they delivered it in Des Moines. Mr Joseph, was very funny man. Full of wit and very cool. He delivered my boxes with a help from another guy. I don't have enough cash for tip but my mom being so happy invited them for lunch in our house after they delivered(which she never did in any people doing job for us).
