Comment : This is the ninth move my wife and I have made in 12 years for my job, so I have had a fair bit of experience with movers. Aside from one improvement opportunity for the company, I was very impressed and pleased with Kads performance. The movers showed up precisely on time--literally to the minute. They were friendly and very efficient. The move took less time than I had expected. I felt they handled things safely, and they were patient with questions and a small delay. On the day of the move, everything was perfect. The only thing that could improve was the scheduling and communications beforehand. Everything felt a little loose (but obviously was not, as it turns out.) Phone calls and emails were not returned with much speed. And there was no contract or agreement--just an email confirming we were booked. I tend to prefer a bit more documentation, but I do not want to dock a star because I can be a little bit "type A" about planning around a move. In the end, KAD came through exactly as promised.

Comment : We hired Kad Moving and storage to move a piano across town. They provided a very reasonable quote and were professional and efficient on moving day. Kevin and crew were friendly and did a great job maneuvering tight corners in both the pick up and drop off locations. I would not hesitate to hire them again for our moving needs.
