Comment : Unified Van Lines is nothing short of amazing! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I had originally booked another local moving company but they never showed up. I was in utter panic and gave Unified Van Lines a call and they were more than willing to help me out in a desperate time. They took care of all my moving needs from extra boxes, packing supplies and a huge moving truck. Their customer service is fantastic from the people on the phones to the movers. All very friendly and knowledgeable. I wont hesitate to call them back again for my next move. In my opinion this is the best moving company around. You don't have to worry about hidden fees (like you do with other companies or when you do it yourself) and they just put your mind at ease which is great because moving is usually such a hectic and stressful situation. If you are looking for the best moving company in town call Unified you wont be disappointed.

Comment : I called Unified Van Lines and got a quote. My husband and I thought the deal sounded fair so we took it. The day of the move the movers arrived between their arrival window of 8 to 10, they actually arrived around 8:30am. The movers from the moving company didn't take their time to start, they began to fix the truck as soon as they got there and immediately began to work inside as soon as I finished signing the papers. We have some very heavy furniture that we needed brought down from the 2nd floor it looked very tough considering that there's not a lot of room in the stairs area for the bigger items. But the movers from Unified Van Lines being great at what they do got everything down without scratching the walls or the rails. Everything fit into the truck perfectly; the movers were very organized and used all the space accordingly. At delivery I showed them around the new house and told them where the bigger items would go the movers from Unified Van Lines got back to work. I Had them place most of the boxes into the garage, and even though I took the beds apart I asked them if they could put them back together for us and they said it shouldn't be a problem and that they've done these type of beds before. Now that's what I call great customer service! The beds were put back together without a problem. I am very pleased with the work they provided us. They are extremely good at their job! Thank you Unified Van Lines for such a pleasant move to our new home.

Comment : Due to a non-existing budget, I did tons of research before hiring a moving company. These guys were actually referred to me by a friend and he raved about the good service so we used them last week. These guys were great, showed up on time, had everything loaded and packed very carefully and professionally. I've used a moving company before and my biggest fear was them padding the bill by using giant boxes for 1 tiny item or thousands of pieces of packing paper. I got scammed out of hundreds of dollars previously from another moving company. SO happy they did not do this to me! Very happy to report that. Thank you guys so much.

Comment : This moving company was by far the greatest experience my family and I have ever had . Our first time moving and I'm so happy that it went by smoothly and stress free, they made sure of that. Unified took care of all our belongings as of it where theirs! They where so very careful with our furniture , they wrapped it all up and made sure it was secure and ready to go , all our glass wear was protected very well with bubble wrap and paper , once they unwrapped them not one thing was broken which was very impressive. Unified has the best staff, they all , always made sure to answer all our questions and not leave us with hesitation of any question we wanted to ask. This moving company is the best out there and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone ! Thank you Unified so much for such an amazing humbling experience for my family and I .

Comment : I just moved this weekend from my 3-bedroom house in Atwater Village to a 2-story Condo in Panorama city to be closer to work. I'm out here in LA by myself so I definitely needed to reach out to a moving company. My friend recommended this moving company after she used them when moving after college. My move was sudden, but one phone call with Unified made me feel really secure about the move. I hadn't used a moving company before so this was a new experience for me. These guys were really careful with my things ( I have a lot of furniture ). Probably going to use them again when I buy my first house in LA next year.

I was nervous the whole week like I think most people are before a move. It feels like an insurmountable task and you can't see the endpoint. But I'm really glad we went with Unified. Comment : Hats off to these guys. Everything went smoothly from the first phone call to the end. I was offered the best possible deal by their sales rep, my move was scheduled on my preferred date and they never pushed me to deposit any upfront amount. Most importantly they arrived on time at the move day, packed all my belongings, did really well to wrap and box the fragile and delicate items and completed the loading smoothly. Everything was delivered in one piece and without any damage and within the agreed time.

Comment : My husband's job was relocated out of state and I wasn't looking forward to moving. We have three kids under five! And we've lived here for years and accumulated so much stuff. I did not want to pack it all and move it. I wasn't even sure how I was going to do it all while taking care of the kids. But my aunt told me about this service she used and liked so I looked up Unified Van Lines. I used the estimator feature on the website - and my final price was almost spot-on to the quote! There is no way we could have managed this move on our own. Unified Van Lines was so professional and nice - they didn't even mind the kids running around! Comment : They turned up at 7.15am, which I was happy about as the arriving window was 7-10am. They had a quick look and started to load the truck right away. Had to do 2 rounds instead of one as the original estimate said, which was a surprise, but they did 2 rounds in 8.5 hrs, means they did not even stop to have lunch. Real hard workers. Happy with the service.

Comment : I relocated from Washington, DC to Sacramento, CA. United was the only company that guaranteed exactly what day my belongings would arrive, rather than giving me a range of dates. Just as promised, my stuff arrived first thing in the morning on the day they said they it would be there! The time between pick-up at my origin and drop-off at my destination was 12 days -- quite reasonable for a 4,000 mile move. I used their container moving service, where they load your belongings in containers that are then moved on flatbed trailers, rather than your items being loaded and unloaded individually each time they need to transfer between trucks. I received quotes from five different moving companies and Uniteds was right in the middle. The difference was their professionalism and ability to guarantee delivery on a specific date. Everyone I worked with (movers on both ends, office staff, etc.) were communicative and provided high quality service. I would use United again!
