Comment : I have used professional movers in few occasions. If I compare Trans United Inc with the other movers then I must say that they are well ahead than the other movers based on service and price. I used them while moving to a new home with my family. Their movers came on time, completed the move before the allotted time and there was not a single mistake during the entire move. Since then I have become a regular customer of them.

Comment : Couple of days before, we had an excellent moving experience with Trans United Inc. They were professional and careful while handling our belongings. I found them having adequate knowledge regarding hassle free and smooth move. The guys were also friendly and they took adequate care of my children and pets. They kept all their commitments, maintained the checklist and accomplished the move within the allotted time and charged a very moderate amount. As a whole I can term them as quality mover.

Comment : The agreed upon arrival was August 1, 2014 for a move from Texas to Pennsylvania. There is a 14 day period in which items can be delivered, according to the contract. The actual delivery date was August 16, 2014, 16 days after the contracted delivery date. When we had called to set the pickup and delivery dates, no one returned our phone calls. We found out that our original representative went on leave for some reason, but no one communicated this to us and our emails and calls were left unreturned. We finally got a hold of her supervisor, and with him we set the pickup and delivery dates, and when doing so he implied that we shouldn't have left it so late to set the dates (we had been calling the company for three weeks with no one returning our calls). At the same time, we wanted to adjust our price quote to reflect the actual inventory we had packed, rather than what we had estimated months previously. The supervisor told us the price the original representative had quoted would remain the same, even though our inventory had increased by quite a bit, but when the movers came to pick up our items the price was significantly higher than quoted. Communication throughout the process was abysmal. We were not contacted about the delay. The only communication occurred when we called to find out where our items were. Dispatch would call the driver to find an estimated delivery date and we were told they would call us back. We never received any calls either from the driver or from dispatch. After our items were delivered on August 16, we found that a large item, an armchair, was missing. We immediately called the driver and he said that the truck was empty, which must have meant the chair was delivered to another customer. The next day we called customer service to try to trace the chair. They would not try to find the chair without receiving a claims form from us. We sent in the claims form and photos of the missing chair (and other damaged items), and we were told

Comment : I was very worried about the move because I have my mom living with me who is very old and can't walk, 2 kids, 1 pet and many crystal materials and other vulnerable things. Everything was expensive and had involved in high risk of damage. But the movers of Trans United Inc accomplished the job like true pros! Nothing went wrong. Not even a single tiny little thing was damaged, broken or lost and they were very caring with my mom, kids and my pet dog Sasha. I am really grateful to them. I would love to hire these guys again.

Comment : I am simply amazed. These movers did something out of the blue. They managed to deliver everything that I asked for. They were involved in my move, which was a 2 bed room apartment move but there were some difficulties. They had to move all my stuffs using the stair ways and there were some old and vulnerable stuff to deal with. But nothing unexpected happened. They completed the entire move before the schedule and without any hiccups. I am very happy with their service and also with the amount that they charged. Thanks Trans United Inc.

Comment : I just moved to a new place yesterday and I used them for the purpose. That was the first time I used professional movers and the experience was awesome. I did not feel like I am moving to a new place. Movers were very punctual and professional. They were well prepared for the move and they managed the whole move in no time. Comment : Movers of trans united inc are the most decorated movers in business. I hired them while moving my office. Actually one of my cousins recommended their name to me. My cousin spoke very high about the movers and just because of his recommendation I hired them for my move. I can feel now why my cousin was so impressed. These movers are simply great. They can deal with all kind of moves, they have the treatment for all kind of problems, they know how to meet the deadline and they are master at what they do. Comment : I just had Transunited move my belongings from Texas to California; I wanted to write this review to let people know how it went. It started when I put my information on line to receive moving quotes, which was a terrible idea; I was over whelmed with phone calls, and had so many companies calling me trying to pressure me into going with them. I do not recommend that anyone puts their information on line, but anyways, all of the companies that were calling me didn't seam legit, and when I looked them up most of them where not. When really started to do research it was actually really scary all of the horror stories I found on line. Comment : I heard a lot about Trans United Inc and also saw many great reviews about this company. So, I called them for a quote. I talked with their sales guy Robert who submitted the quote very quickly and also fixed an appointment at the same day. After going through their offer I decided to use them for my move. I had high expectation from them. As expected their movers showed up time and executed the move perfectly. Comment : This is my worst moving experience. The company lost a bunch of things in the move and we still have not been refunded. They made the compensation process so difficult and I am stuck with a luggage that is not mine. My luggage is missing and numerous attempts to reach out to the company has been in vain. Before the move they responded so quickly but now they are MIA. I lost a bunch of furniture (Which was never delivered and we were told it was broken - they are going to pay us 6 cents per lb!!!) Honestly this was move from hell. Please do not use this - they are relatively low prices are not at all worth it! I definitely paid it in all of these losses. And my luggage is missing and company is not even willing to track it down. If you have agreed to use them either cancel or buy supplemental insurance and pray!

They are well mannered; took care of my family, belongings and my pet and showed highest level of professionalism from the initial step of proposal till the decoration of my new destination. Comment : I never felt that we are in the middle of a 2 bed room apartment move. Movers of Trans United Inc were so organized and skilled that they never let us have the feel that we are moving. They came 8 am and completed the entire move within 1 pm. Movers did the packing and moved all our belongings without a hitch. They had to deal with some heavy furniture, some fragile stuffs and also go through some tricky maneuvers but never seemed to be in problem. They are not only skilled; they are very friendly and polite. I am really happy with such clinical finish and obviously happy with their price as well.

Comment : All I want to say that I was so happy with the service of Trans United Inc that I tipped their movers at the end of the move. When I saw them delivering all my goods a lot earlier than the schedule I was little worried thinking about the condition of the inventory. But once I checked the inventory I was amazed to see the accuracy. Nothing was damaged or broken or missing. They also charged a very moderate amount for such world class service. Comment : I just moved from Florida to Washington and I used Transunited to do my move. I had moved before using a different company and it was a terrible experience, I was, lowball, my price tripled on the pickup date, pickup and delivery was late, and there were a lot of damages. So, this time around, I was very very careful when selecting a mover to ensure I went with a reputable company, and that there would be no problems like last time. I submitted my information on a moving site to have companies call me-witch I will say was a mistake to do, I was overrun with phone calls and sales men trying to pressure me into going with them-however I was contacted by Transunited, the sales man was very sweet, very helpful, it wasn't a high pressure sales call like all the others. Comment : These guys were great. Took all the big stuff and didn't scratch or break anything. I was really impressed with how quick and careful they were. The guys were friendly and polite but most importantly were extremely professional. After they picked up my stuff they held my belonging in there warehouse for two week by my request and then delivered it to New York within 5 days from the time that I asked.
