Comment : I will not tire hiring them out. I have done that before and I will do it over and over again. When I was relocated by them, it turned out to be amazing. It was a perfect arrangement. The first time they took me from Georgia to Alabama. One and a half years later, they relocated me to Kentucky. All the experiences were amazing and I do not regret a single one of them. Comment : I am a Middle College teacher and I do not earn that much. So when I was relocating, I looked for an affordable relocation company. I thought with the affordability would come average services. I was all wrong because all that I was accorded was beyond average. I was given perfect relocation services. I did not have any clue that anything would turn out to be such great. I fully believe in them now.

Comment : We hired Interstate Relocation Systems in April 2017 to move us. We were given a phone quote and after checking two other companies. Then the NIGHTMARE began. The movers were two days late which resulted in us having to pay our home buyers a months rent. The crew arrived late in the day and the move lasted until midnight. AFTER our goods were loaded we were informed that our original quote DOUBLED.The Russian crew consisted of four men. The crew leader demanded a $100 "tip" for each man after I had bought them two meals. Because we had not purchased another home, we sent our goods to the home office in Ft Lauderdale, FL for storage. The original storage quote was $300 per month. That quote increased to $500. In August we purchased a new home, called for our goods and were told that we would be given a delivery date in two weeks with a 48 hour window after the delivery date was scheduled. The driver sent a text message asking if we had "access" to his truck. We were happy because we had been sleeping on the floor for two weeks. On the big day the driver, Eddie, sent a text message that he had been stopped by the Virginia Department of Transportation and would not be able to come to our house. He said that our belongings would be taken to a town 75 miles away and put in storage at our expense. At this point I was very angry. I told him to stay put and I would pick him up and prove to him that he could get his truck to our home. When I met him I told him that we lived on a gravel road. He said that he was not allowed to drive on a gravel road. At this point the extortion began. He said that if I paid him $1200 cash he would get our goods delivered. I made it clear that that was not going to happen. His next plan was for me to rent TWO U-Haul trucks and he would hire a crew to load the trucks at his expense. I was forced to agree because of our living conditions. My son and I met him at 0630 at the U-Haul dealership. His hired crew did not show. My son and I has to load our trucks ourselves. I hired four men to offload at our house at my expense. We "HAD" an house full of fine antiques. When we unwrapped our furniture most of the large pieces were broken beyond repair. There were boxes of fine china in pieces. I had called the companies "Customer Service" who informed me that everything that happened was within their guidelines and if I continued to complain they would sue me. I won't go on here but will add this, PLEASE AVOID INTERSTATE RELOCATION SYSTEMS at all costs. Today I plan to file a claim for damage. I will also complain to any government agency who will listen as well as hiring an attorney. BEWARE of all moving companies. Do your homework. Do a thorough background check.

Comment : Max where is my 500$? Please call. Cancelled on the 14th of July. You told me there is no such thing as a cancellation department or manager even though our contract says you do. Left multiple voice messages. You then told me that I rescheduled when in no way, shape, or form did I or my wife do this at all. I sent a fax, a voice mail, and called you directly as per our contract terms, I still have yet to receive my money back even after the 26th of July when you finally called back and said you processed it. You also said that I would get proof of the return via email and I did not receive that. Where are you?
