Comment : I was told my movers would show up between 8am and 9am, they gave me a call at 7:45am and told me they were on their way and they arrived by 7:55am, fantastic. The three men who helped me move did all the necessary work swiftly and carefully. They were also extremely friendly to talk with. Jason also checked in at every step of the process to make sure the move went smoothly. It is easy to find a moving company in Florida - tough to find a good one. This is undoubtedly the best moving company in Florida. **Note** have some cash on hand to tip your movers! They won't bring it up at all that you can tip them, but you can and they work hard. I wish I had realized that I had more cash at the ready (downside of an all plastic payment lifestyle).

Comment : I only have positive things to say because the experience was exactly what I wanted. The setup and payment process was easy. Sales rep. Natalie was very honest and knowledgeable and also customer personnel in the office were responsive and attentive. The pickup crew was on time, very efficient, friendly and well spoken. I did not have any worries about things being stolen, or broken. They were also very accommodating to the nuances of my street. Dismantled the furniture that needed to be taken apart, and put it back together without questions. They wrapped everything up (EVEN THE TRASH CAN). I advise using them for all moves irrespective of the distance because they are real professionals and one of the best in the business.

Comment : Just finished our move from Florida to Indiana with Household Van Lines. We set the move up on short notice, but it was no problem. Found Household Van Lines on recommendation from a friend, and I have also seen his trucks around the neighborhood before. For the estimate, these movers showed up and we were done in about 15 minutes. Day of the move, the crew of Miguel, Alves, Mathiue and Sergio came on time and got everything packed and loaded in the truck carefully and efficiently and they delivered our belongings to our new place in less time than they originally quoted. Whole job came in at about 75% of the original quote. Crew was quick to explain what was going on, packed everything, and was willing to deal with the double parking mess (i.e. moving the truck back and forth to let my neighbours in and out of their place. They are all true professionals.

Comment : A week ago we moved after 12 years at our old home. Greg and crew were outstanding. They were professional, courteous, motivated, gentle, organized, equipped, considerate and efficient- what a team. They got it done, best in class and exceeded our expectations. They were quick to go above and beyond the call of duty. And we laughed and smiled along the way. I give these movers highest marks and my full endorsement. Comment : This has been my first time using Household Vanlines and I am more than satisfied with these movers. They came to my home on time and packed my things very fast. I talked to Duke, a sales person, who was very friendly explaining everything about their service in a great detail. On the moving day, Keith and two guys arrived to my apartment. I can tell you - very professional, very friendly and very kind! These are the words I can use to describe these movers. At the final destination, they arranged my furniture the way I requested I did not have to pay extra for that. All in all, I can say that they are awesome and their service is worth every single dime I paid them.

Comment : I called several movers to get quotes for our move but Household Van Lines was the only one that had a not to exceed amount. Their sales rep. Ricky was very responsive every time I had a question about the move and the cost. We did face-time with their manager to get an accurate estimate. On the day of the move, Smith, the team leader, called me about half an hour early letting me know that the moving crew had arrived (I was away from the moving location at that time). They moved so quickly but carefully with our stuff. The crew was very courteous and professional. There was no damage and delivery was timely. Overall, I was very satisfied with their service and would surely use them again when we move in the next few months.

Comment : Household Van lines was recommended by my sister who used them about a year ago. She earned a voucher for next move. They offered her a move with 50 percent discount. So I thought why could not I use this company. I began loving the movers for their better performance. They fulfilled all commitment as they told me. The communication service for each customer was easy and fast. They took great care of us and our stuffs. Comment : We had a very old, extremely heavy piano moved last week along with 13 pieces of old and heavy furniture. The team of four from Household Van Lines showed up exactly when they were supposed to and did an amazing job. They were very friendly and polite. They were very careful in how they handled everything, including protecting the piano and all surrounding areas. It was very difficult to move it up 2 sets of stairs, especially the inside ones that were curved. Thanks for the job well done!

Comment : From the initial call to the office to the movers, this experience was fantastic. The movers managed to efficiently and competently maneuver furniture through a historic home's attic with steep staircase and second floor circular stairs without any damage to goods or the home. They were efficient, kept us on task, offered helpful tips on what to do and made a traumatic day very pleasant. Kudos to the two men and Jason my sales rep that helped set it all up.

Comment : These guys were incredible!! They came to my house and greeted me very kindly. They asked me what were any specific things that I wanted them to do and then we discussed a game plan. From there they started moving and blanket wrapping all my major pieces and the wrapping was great! Really protected my things. Even when they delivered my items it was a great job. They put everything together and where I wanted to. They really did a great job and deserve all the credit in the world!

Their sales responsible team offered me a reasonable quote within a few minutes after calculating my entire belongings. The crews were really excellent to pack up my kitchen flawlessly, wrapped and loaded all of my furniture with great care. They finished my move accurately as I expected from them.
