Comment : This company is horrible… they are doing my military move. My things were supposed to be to me 30 DAYS AGO. They have been telling me for over a week my stuff is out for delivery to the storage warehouse so we can schedule a date for it to be delivered to my house but it still hasn’t been delivered to the warehouse.. They act like it’s not that big of a deal and they haven’t been helpful at all. I just want to know where my things are and I need them delivered. I have no idea how they can be so inconsiderate and slow. This is ridiculous.

Comment : The military provided this company; avoid at all cost!!! I am supposed to move in 1 and 1/2 week and hetco still has not contracted a packing and moving service. I’ve been calling the past three weeks and they are so relaxed and not concerned about our move. They offer that they can just move the date. This is NOT the company you want to work with, you will waste so much time and stress trying to deal with them. Please do yourself a favor and ask for someone else if you get Hetco!!!!!
