Comment : The movers did a good job in making sure all items were secure and moved safely. What stood up the most is the way they wrap up your stuff and take care of your belongings. When my furniture arrived, I was very pleased to the same moving crew who packed the furniture also came to unpack it. I will recommend to anyone and especially my family for any long distance moves in the future.

Comment : Great people. All of my inquiries received prompt replies. They went out of their way to deliver my bookshelves to where they needed to go, and in great shape. Just as important, they kept in touch the entire time. The price for going this was fantastic - much more reasonable than I could have expected. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Comment : Just Awesome! Dana is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet and she makes the chore of shipping a pleasure. Very friendly and helpful with everything They moved us from Rhode Island to New York and I wish I could find a flaw in the move but none exists. 1. They arrived on time 2.They started packing and loading right away 3 They were careful, courteous and wasted no time 4 They checked my house several times to make sure they left nothing behind 5 There were no hidden charges anywhere nor inflated amounts 6 They were always available to answer any questions and flexible in accommodating what we needed Honest, punctual, professional, courteous and all around a top notch operation. In the end, it cost me 1023.00 to move and it was well worth it. Very happy customer right here!

Comment : I was referred to Great American Van Lines by a friend who highly spoke of their professionalism and I certainly experienced the same. All our questions were promptly answered before booking is confirmed and seriously I cannot think about anything I was unhappy with. Considering all the stress with the house move, last thing you want is to have problems with the moving company and it becomes easy to deal with when you are impressed with the service. The price was very reasonable and the service they provided was highly professional. They did the whole job according to our requirements and there was nothing we can complain about. Everything was arranged as smoothly as possible. Overall a successful move and we would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Comment : I booked Great American van lines for my Virginia to Maryland move. After doing the paper works with GAVL, I decided to move on Sunday. Packing and uploading took only four hours. Not bad! Comment : Out of many deliberately confusing promotional websites in the internet, it was really tough job finding a good mover like Great American Van Lines. There was something missing that we didn’t get initially from movers. We have been dubious choosing a mover in spite of having everything cleared verbally after having conversation with some movers. Assessing all opportunity that would be provided by them, I decided to call Great American van lines. In reply my phone, they again called me and sought permission to send an estimator for making quotation. The next day a gentleman came in the very early morning. We received an economical rate that was bearable for us. Therefore we compromised with the rate. The guys blew my socks off by the diligence, time sense and well behavior. All my belongings were moved without a single glitch. It was one day ahead of schedule, we got our consignment. The phenomenal moving task would never be possible without their honesty and dedication. Great American Van Lines is the best mover for me.

Comment : I am really happy because Great American Van lines have given the best value of my hard earned money. When I booked them for my move I had high hopes from them because of their reputation. Their sales guy and the movers did not let me down. They managed my move with great efficiency and showed great responsibility. I hardly felt the heat of the move. Movers were highly skilled and vastly experienced. It was clear that they have accomplished similar tasks many times before. Comment : Other companies I spoke to seemed only interested in how much money they could get from me, whereas this company seemed to actually want to deliver a service. I cannot praise them enough. They caused no damage and their timekeeping was excellent. I do not think anybody could have received a better more fluent and successful outcome. They were terrific. I would absolutely recommend Great American Van Lines and have no hesitation to use them again in the future.

Comment : Company was great from the start. Nathan answered all my questions and helped secure the proper size truck. I was kept informed of everything that was happening at all times. I decided at last minute to pay the guys driving to help me load and unload. Jason and Elbin did a great job. They worked without stopping to make sure I would get to my destination on time. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs to move.

Comment : My move from Connecticut to Florida was absolutely fine. My movers and I had a ton of work but with their professional help everything was done within 5 days and without any problems. None of my stuff was anyhow damaged and I’m glad about that. My price was pretty reasonable in the end. David kept me informed from the day we booked the job until the day they reached our home in Florida. The packing was excellent and the crew handled my things very carefully. I recommend them! 5 STARS!

Comment : Stress Free Cross Country Movers I was not excited to move out west, mainly because I had never been to the west coast before, and because I knew that it would cost me a small fortune to move the little things that I had, out there. Luckily I found Great American Van Lines who were able to offer me a great deal going cross country. But what's more important is that their reviews made me feel like my items would be handled well, since frankly if they weren't work a lot to begin with, I wouldn't even bother moving them. I was happy, as well, that they were able to crate my television for free, since I couldn't be bothered to do it myself. The movers were polite, the job was done quickly, and the delivery didn't take as long as I had anticipated. All in all a great move that really made the whole experience of moving a lot easier.

Comment : I had an amazing experience with Great American Van Lines when moving last month. The process was very quick and easy and I was charged what I expected to spend. Also when I forgot to mention that we needed an item packed in a proper way and Great American Van Lines were there ready to help! I would definitely recommend them to others. Comment : I met Kevin while he was moving a new person into my aunt’s old home. The best way to judge a company is to watch. I did and was impressed. I hired them to move my home to a new home we built...and was glad I did. Honesty...rare but found on 2 occasions during the move. 2 different movers found dollar bills laying on the floor in my daughter’s room and they handed them to me. Not only are they honest but hard working, professional, and knowledgeable. I thought I was good at packing. Kevin put me to shame! Highly recommended!

Comment : No move is painless. This one came close. There were no problems about the size and shape of the items we moved. Two of our pieces took 3 men a great deal of effort to move 3 floors, no elevator. Everything was done the way we wanted it. We did not suffer any damages in this relocation. Good company, would use and recommend again.
