Comment : My daughter hired GT Moving Co, and for the most part the move went well. However, during the move a blender got busted, but we had insurance through GT Moving Co, so we thought we would be ok. Well, its 3 months later, they have not paid our claim, they have not responded to over 7 email requests, and actually told us when I FINALLY got someone on the phone that they had ordered a new blender and it would be delivered within 3 days. That was 3 weeks ago. Still cannot seem to get anyone to accept responsibility. Would NOT recommend using them

Comment : G.T Moving Company Damaged ALL Furniture; Poor Customer Service; No Resolution offered. The move was scheduled for 11/21 from 1-5PM but the movers only arrived at 7:30PM. They started moving my furniture and wrapped everything in cheap saran wrap plastic. A loud noise came from the bedroom, which was when they managed to break my work desk! Although assuring me things in the truck would be secured, the movers arrived at my new apartment with all the furniture damaged! NO additional padding was used in the truck. After charging me for the move, the lead mover called the owner of G. T. Moving Company to report the incident of the damaged furniture (he would contact me on 11/26). On 11/26 I called the company and the general manager asked me to send pictures of my damaged furniture via email so the problem could be handled. This was completed with no response. On 11/27 and 11/29 I called for update and left voice mails, none of which received responses. On 12/05 I filled a compla
