Comment : Recently I have moved to Alabama from Florida with my wife and kids. Actually I got a better job here in Alabama. However, we had to look for a professional moving company to move our belongings in Alabama. My wife and I called many movers but after talking to the sales rep of Full service van lines we decided to use them. They never asked for any big amount as advance and it seemed that they knew what they were telling us. Finally everything went smoothly. Nothing happened unexpected. They packed and moved all our belongings within the given time and budget and we did not have to encounter anything broken or damaged. Thanks Full service van lines.

Comment : We have recently relocated to North Carolina from Florida using Full service van lines. Like the name, they served us to the fullest. The sales guy is a real gentleman and very cooperative. He managed and syncs everything perfectly and the movers were equally efficient and fast as well. They completed the task a lot before the allotted time and made sure that we do not get any chance to complain. It was a very smooth and stress move which did not cost us a lot. Comment : I have tried many movers for the last 8 years. Actually I relocate a lot because of the nature of my job. So, I experienced several professional moving companies. Yesterday I moved again and I used Full service van lines for the move. From my huge experience with the professional movers, I can say that Full service van lines is the perfect example of a great moving company. They have the most efficient, professional and friendly movers, they have the most talented, smart and brilliant office executives, they have some great vans and all necessary tools and they have the courage to take any odds on their way. I also found them very reasonable as far as the price was concerned. So, if I have been asked to pick only one moving company, my answer would be Full service van lines.

Comment : I am not new with Full service van lines. I am one of their regular customers. I have some valid reasons to use them again and again. I move quite often because I don't like to stay at same place for too long. Movers of Full service van lines are simply the best. They are very professional, efficient, warm, fast and accurate. They are able to handle pressure and they never back out from any challenge. I love the way they approach towards their job and I also enjoy their affordable price. Comment : I have just one word for Full service van lines and that is Excellent! Their movers and the sales team simply gave me the best move ever. I was never thinking of having an error free, damage free and quick move because of the nature of my move. They had to use the stair ways and deal with some very old and vulnerable furniture and at the same time they had to manage my pets. But nothing stopped Full service van lines from delivering a picture perfect move within my budget and allotted time. Thanks a lot guys. You made my day.

Comment : I heard a lot about Full service van lines from my friend Anthony. So, I decided to try them for my own move. I called at their office for a quote. The sales guy was very responsive and attentive. He offered me a very lucrative deal and committed that there will be no hidden cost involved after the move. He kept his commitment and the movers worked their heart out. They arrived 10 minutes late but that was not a big issue. However they completed the move 20 minutes before the allotted time and made sure that nothing gets damaged or broken. I checked everything by myself and did not find a single reason to complain. Service was outstanding and price was reasonable. What else I could have asked for.

Comment : I am not very frequent to move but sometimes it becomes necessary. Recently I moved to a new apartment with my kids and dog. I had to go for a moving company for the move. So, I asked my friend John to suggest me a good and affordable moving company. John used to work for a moving company. So, he was the right person to suggest me. He gave the number of full service van lines. I called them and spoke with their sales rep. he took no time to submit the quote. Their asking price was well within my budget. So, I hired full service van lines and experienced the smoothest move ever! Movers were very punctual. They arrived right on time and did their job of packing and moving my stuffs flawlessly. There was nothing which might cause an issue! They completed the task within the quoted time and also charged within the quoted amount. I am really impressed with their service and I do recommend them for all kind of moves.

Comment : While talking about movers or moving companies there are hardly any movers who are outstanding. Most of the movers are thieves, big mouth and cheaters. But there are still movers who serve the best. Full service van lines is one of those few companies. I used them just 3 days ago while moving to a new apartment with my family. They did exactly what I was looking for. Their movers were fast and accurate. They packed and moved my belongings at the designated place in no time and made sure that nothing gets damaged or broken. Comment : Movers of full service van lines are perfectionists. They came with full preparation at my place on the moving day, showed great presence of mind, worked as a unit, stayed calm and collective, never lost their focus and showed many innovative ways of accomplish the task. I was really happy to see their zeal to perform. They came with a mission to move my belongings at the designated place, which they accomplished without any hiccups. Comment : I suggest anyone / everyone to use Full Service Van Lines for any kind of moves. I have recently used them while moving my office. Usually office moves are tricky and hard to manage. So, I decided to go for the best within my budget and I ended up hiring Full Service Van Lines. This company proved my decision right. Their movers are very punctual. They arrived on time at the moving day. Did excellent to unplug the electronic equipment and pack other office belongings, nicely loaded everything on the trucks and moved to the destination before the allotted time. Everything was spotless. There was nothing which caused any delay or any unwanted issues. They also helped us to store everything at the new place. I am highly impressed with their service and really happy with the price.

So, when I asked him to suggest me professional movers, he gave me their number and I called. Their sales guy answered my call and we had a long conversation regarding my move. He was very attentive and equally responsive. He pointed out my needs and offered me a deal based on my needs. The deal seemed to be a very attractive one and that is why I assigned them for the move. It was great to notice the movers performing the way I was looking for. They wrapped, moved and then stored all my belongings at the designated place perfectly and within the allotted time. After checking the inventory I was confirmed that the move was simply spotless. Comment : I can not say enough about how incredible this company is! They moved my parents last weekend and did a very professional job. They were so respectful and gentle with all of our belongings. They took great care in moving large items without any damage to the walls or furniture. The guys were extremely friendly and took great care of my family. The price is was very reasonable and I appreciate their estimated cost being spot on with the actual charge. No up selling or additions. I highly recommend these incredible guys and will use them for all of our moves in the future.

Comment : DO NOT USE!!!! Worst moving company ever. The owner and the employees have no ethics. They will make you chase after them for an answer on where your belongings are. They did not communicate with us about our cross country move (NJ to CA) until we posted a negative yelp review about them. We then heard from the "owner," Maxx Socher, who asked us to take down our yelp review before he would respond to us about our belongings. Three weeks later we received our items, including a broken bed, a broken wine fridge and a broken table. I have dealt with Jackie, Sean, and a woman who refused to tell me her name...all of whom treat you like they're doing you a favor. They provide no information to you whatsoever about your move timeframe, where your things are, or even the route they will take. Our belongings were moved several times from truck to warehouse to semi-trailer to small truck. I have no idea how many additional times. They told me everything would go to FL before CA because no one wanted to pick up in NJ. Really? And you're a moving company? We received pillows and blankets unboxed (opened from the packaging I had provided). We also received one of our items in a make shift box of broken cardboard and lots of tape (our original packaging was gone). This company is a SHAM. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! In addition, they lied to me about the square feet in the truck...they told me we used 1,000 sq ft but upon delivery, the mover said we used 800 sq ft. We moved with an infant and a dog and had to spend several hundred $$$ out of pocket as we were unprepared to not have our belongings for 1 full month. We had made a reservation about 4 months ahead of time, but they were not prepared for our move. Also, they do not own their trucks!!! The men that picked up and dropped off our belongings were fine...but they don't work for Full Service Van Lines. This review is about FSVL. They are a nightmare.

Comment : My boyfriend contacted full service van lines via the website and we received a reply right away and even a follow-up which was great considering moving can be overwhelming. Fast and easy process and the rates were great. Blankets and plastic wrap used in process and caution was taken in handling my goods. No extra charge for stairs.
