Comment : Many thanks to the moving crew (Robert, Al, and john) that moved us from Ohio to Florida. I wish I could use every word in the dictionary that would describe how absolutely fabulous they were but suffice it to say we could not have done any better. They definitely quelled our fears of moving and would happily recommend and also move again with this company.

Comment : I had recently been offered a position to a big company who's headquarters reside in Plano, Texas, and I needed a moving company who was reliable, and who had a decent price range. I contacted Coastal Van Lines, and right away, you could tell the professionalism of these individuals, they were well spoken, and they got straight to the point. They gave me a price, and when compared to the other agencies it was great, but this isn't the best part. I've moved countless other times, and had many movers damage some items, which in itself is unacceptable due to the price they would charge, so I was a bit weary. But, these men were without a doubt the best movers I had contracted, they handled each box and item with the most care, the best thing is that these gentlemen would work fast and efficient, all while being the most cautious as possible. They would communicate efficiently and communicate with me, that really made them feel to me as respectful individuals to which I could entrust my precious household items. The day arrives, everything is unloaded, and a few days later, every item was in it's same condition as before the move, the best thing was the price which was in the lower $2000's! They really made me feel like I could contact them in any other occasion or recommend them to my close friends, and colleagues! Completely impressed by this company and very thankful for the 5 star service, now these movers actually put some diligent work , and for that they have my total respect.

Comment : What a great move this was with Assurance, they came to the rescue right when we seemed to have no other options that were able to come by with short notice and within our budget. Customer service was very professional and courteous every time I called with questions or concerns. The movers did a great job of moving my things on time and with no damage to furniture or even the boxes. I like how Assurance treated me and my things during this move and I'm sure I'll use them again.

Comment : They professionally finished the packing on the previous day and next morning the van and moving crews arrived on time and were extremely helpful. Their estimate of the work and time required were very accurate and the crews were quite happy to work as long as it took to get the whole job done. They also dismantled and loaded the larger items that could not be moved in one piece. I appreciate their service and it ended up with a big smile on my face, thanks bob! thanks john!

Comment : One of my colleagues recommended me of Coastal Van Lines The movers were amazing! They did an excellent job of moving me. They showed up on time, were efficient and moved all my belongings in great condition. They took great care of my sensitive items and made sure everything was wrapped well. All the movers were really friendly, professional and easy to work with. During the move everything went smoothly. Very fair price! The next time I move, they are surely my go-to!

Comment : I don’t normally write reviews but during my last move we decided for the first time to use a professional moving company. I have two small kids and my husband and just felt like this move would be so overwhelming to do on our own. You hear a lot of stories about movers. I did my homework on Coastal Van Lines they passed the test. They gave me a reasonable quote for my move. They included some packing free, the rest was, again, reasonable. I moved from a four bedroom into a five bedroom house. I figured things would go all helter smelter. However, I was wrong. The movers showed up on time and were both very professional and super friendly. It was a team of like four guys. They were actually super organized and began the packing and labeling almost immediately after I showed them what I wanted. The packing was so neat and organized that nothing was squashed or damaged. Long story short this company was excellent. I can’t say enough about them. They did everything so neat and organized and in such a timely fashion. They were super professional and I did not get overcharged when all was said and done. The quote wasn’t too far off. I know that I would highly recommend this company.

Our move team was excellent two had a really large move (2 days) and they handled our special items with care. They were very friendly and professional. Coastal Van Lines did a great job!
