Comment : We had such a great experience with a ABS I would definitely recommend them to anyone! The movers were prompt, professional and highly skilled, my sales person was super nice and she went over everything with me I picked ABS not because the price but because I felt that they really comfortable with what am getting my self into and I spoke with a lot of companies but after the 5th one I was done! Picking up my items they did not Leave one piece of furniture unpacked! I never seen Anything like this even my dining room chairs went inside a box! I just received my delivery and was so happy I had nothing Major break just a few dishes that are replaceable and thats understandable it was a long distance move. Comment : Our move went without any problems. The great movers from ABS moving and storage made it all seem too easy. They were punctual, attentive and very professional. The whole packing and loading process of a 4-bedroom house took them only a few hours. This level of pace is quite rare! Not only were they fast, they were good at the job too. The proof is that none of my valuables suffered the slightest bit of damage on the way. They even unpacked and assembled my furniture at my new house. I am so lucky that I got these men to move my belongings.

Comment : I was quite worried for this move because most of my furniture is cheap as hell. But I was crunched for cash so couldn't afford brand new furniture. ABS Moving and Storage Inc had the work cut out for them. But the movers took it quite normally. They expertly packed all my things and wrapped the furniture in shrinking tape. Carrying those to the van was no big deal to them. They placed everything very neatly inside the truck. This ensured the safe delivery of all my things. They did so within the delivery timeframe as well. I am thoroughly impressed with the services they provided me.

Comment : Some moving companies employ really good movers but their customer service is just crap. The people they put on the phone have no idea about how any of it works. I have had terrible experiences with the moving companies when it came to contacting them or trying to track the whereabouts of my belongings. These weren’t issues with ABS moving and storage. Their customer service was just awesome. The man on the phone was very well informed and very polite. He called me back in 4 minutes with an excellent quote. The men were as skilled as they come. They packed up everything and loaded them like routine work. I’m sure they have received very good training. When I tried tracking my things, the customer service surprised me again. The guy took only a minute to find out where my things were and I was very pleased with this. He called me as soon as my goods arrived. They were all in very good condition. I am very delighted with the services provided by these guys, both on and off the field.

Comment : I opted for another moving company I found on craigslist because they were cheaper. They ensured me that the crew would arrive by 10 am. By noon on the moving day, no one showed up or picked up the telephone. I was absolutely desperate to find someone to move my stuff as new tenants were moving in the next day. I called ABS moving and storage inc and asked for help. They immediately dispatched a set of movers. They arrived at 3 pm and started packing everything. Thank god for their efficiency! Everything was packed and loaded into the trucks very speedily. My belongings traveled so well and reached in great condition. I’m never hiring scam companies in the hope of saving some dollars again.

I needed to hire a very capable company that could move all my belongings from my 9th-floor apartment to my 16th-floor condo I hired ABS moving and storage inc for the job because of their track record with some of my friends who recently relocated. They gave me a fair quote after asking specific questions on the phone. The crew arrived on time with all the right equipment, including lots of ropes. I must mention here that I own a grand piano and a gigantic couch set. Getting them off my building was a total nightmare but these men managed to do it very easily. They were very skilled and showed excellent organization among them. When everything reached, getting them up to the 16th floor was even more troublesome. I watched them doing so with such ease that it baffled me. I give these guys all the stars I possibly can, they are just amazing.
