Comment : I had give negative if I could. Apparently I was skipped. Lots of excuses and a token amount off bill. Just do ANYONE but Zippy Shell. I think random street people with addiction issues would be a better choice

Comment : Excellent service starting with Brian, the owner all the way to the five amazing guys that came to help pack and load two Zippy Shells to be transported to MA. John, the lead is a patient and polite wizard at loading. I seriously doubted all our stuff was going to fit! He was determined! 4 other gentleman, Dan, Eddie, David and Alex were outstanding in there efforts as well. We also had them pack the kitchen. I just cannot say enough about the reliable and outstanding service we received! And the cost is much more reasonable than hiring a typical moving company! Thank you Zippy Shell

Comment : Would give negative stars if I could. They are holding our belongings hostage and not notifying us of a delivery date. Literally have no idea when we will get our stuff back. Seriously, DO NOT USE this company here in Houston or anywhere for that matter. Look around on the internet before hiring them, I wish I had there are numerous negative review. I filed a complaint against them with both the BBB and FMCSA.

Comment : We hired Zippy to move us across country and on the day of the move, they did not show up. The contractors they hired to deliver the containers called us to tell us Zippy did not have any containers and they could not get a hold of Zippy. We called Zippy and after a long wait (they always have a long wait on the phone) we spoke with a manager. The manager had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We were panicking as we were supposed to be on the road the next day; he said they would try. I asked him to commit to calling us back with an update later that day. We never heard back from them. A few days later, we received an email saying they changed our move date to a week later. WORST COMPANY EVER.
