Comment : If you need a move with excellent care and service , this is the company! I just recently moved and contacted zip to zip about my inquiry. The communication between the move coordinators Natalie and Mary were excellent. They went above and beyond to make sure that my move was proper. The movers themselves, Alex and his team that day were amazing. They carefully wrapped my furniture and items and were gentle on loading and unloading. I think the quote is pretty reasonable. This is my first move so to me it was a little pricy but after hearing friends experiences , it was about what was expected. Definitely say you pay for what you get and I got amazing service. I would definitely recommend!

Comment : Our movers were awesome. They showed up 15 min early to do a planning walkthrough and within two hours had loaded up an entire 3bed/2bath house. Unloading was also very speedy and they consistently asked where we wanted items to be placed. Overall, they were efficient, friendly, and true professionals. Thank you to some of the hardest working guys in the business!

Comment : We had such an excellent moving experience. They moved us (and packed whatever was not yet packed) within a reasonable time. They were so mindful with handling fragile packages, protected all our furniture and our home, and took great care making sure nothing is damaged during the move. They had to disassemble some furniture and they re-assembled everything correctly (this was important to us because our previous movers botched the re-assembly). Overall, they were a very professional crew throughout the move! Booking with them was also a smooth experience. They were responsive, transparent, and reasonable with the costs involved with the move. We are very happy to hire them!

Comment : I reached out to a handful of movers on Yelp and Zip to Zip provided quick responses and the best price. All I needed moved was one king sized bed across town. I received an offer from another mover that was almost double what Zip to Zip was planning to charge. Realistically, it was just one king sized bed that needed to be disassembled and moved. On moving day, they arrived punctually. I was quoted that they would arrive 8AM - 9AM. They arrived 8AM on the DOT. They were nothing but smiles the entire time. With a king sized mattress weighing almost 130-180 pounds, it was a struggle but they were able to do it. Upon arrival at the shipping address, they asked if I wanted to reassemble the bed. They were already over their quoted time (due to traffic), but they were stuck around and finished the job properly. I am glad to have found them on Yelp and will keep them in mind for future!

Comment : Had a great moving experience with Zip. Sergio and his team were extremely efficient and took great care with my items. They worked fast and only took an hour to load and an hour to unload. Both guys were super nice and professional. Also had a great experience with David and Nathan during the quoting and booking stages of the move. I really like how you could view the quote, book the move, and manage your inventory all online. This made the process super easy. Definitely will recommend zip to anyone who moves in the future.

Comment : Great company from the office staff to the movers. Lots of contact with the office staff to make sure everything was in place for the move. The truck showed up on time and worked really hard to get us out of Toms River and into Brooklyn. Plus the guys were pleasant while they were at it. Cannot recommend them enough. They made a stressful situation a whole less stressful!

Comment : Almost all of the movers they recommended were not available. Total waste of time the one or two that were were astronomically priced for a few hours moving one couch less than 25 miles.
