Comment : Broke a lot of my stuff, the most expensive appliances they broke was my washing machine. When they deliver your stuff, they hire some locals to help the driver drop your stuff off. They broke my bed frame and my computer desk in half! (how the hell did that thing happen!?). The kids they hired to help the driver out are too clumsy, dropped parts of my dressers (right infront of me!) put some dents on it and then even scraped out some paint on the wall of the house we are renting! I want to scream at their faces but it was not necessary. They fixed bed frame they broke but still, I am disappointed on that one. By the way, the part of the washing machine they broke was the load size botton. And now it can only wash a small load. There goes my electric bill! Piece of $h!t moving, very clumsy and i will never recommend this. The Army should not let this company move our stuff again!

Comment : Yucca moved me from Las Vegas, Nevada to San Antonio Texas. I had different crews at each location. This was the best military move in 23 years. Nothing was broken, first time ever I did not have to file a claim after a move. Their drivers and crew were professional and helpful. They even went above and beyond to help me put a new bedroom set together that was still in the boxes. Mind you, the apartment complex I moved into decided to repave the roads, so they had to park the semi on the street, get a small pick up, and ferry every item a quarter mile and then haul it up two flights of stairs. I would recommend them to anyone, and I plan to request them if they are available.

Comment : Why go with someone who does not know how to pack furniture, glassware, pottery, ceramics, art collections, while over packing lamp shades and other unbreakables Why go with someone who will charge you what they estimated when they did not begin to pack what they included in the estimate Why go with someone who uses CoVid to not keep dates or supply the manpower necessary to do the job Why go with someone who loses items in your shipment between pick up and delivery Why go with someone who contends they are always right and the customer has it wrong Why go with someone who is unable to admit they did not deliver on their estimate, did not complete their part of the job Why go with someone who charges you for what you packed and you ended up packing the majority of what was moved This is a moving company that cannot come up with qualified, professional packers, and will not respond when you report mis packing, missing items, broken valuables, etc. Yucca had no Plan B when CoVid was their excuse for not providing what should have been an easy packing, loading and moving job
