Comment : I had a wonderful experience with You Move Me - Robert whom took my order was very professional and nice. After we determined time and date I was sent a confirming email. The day of the move the two men that arrived were on time - Tike and Isaiah - they were smart, capable and kind. Plus they were strong and careful. The move went very smoothly and I was relaxed and impressed! The final bill was clear and they processed my payment immediately with an Apple swipe card and sent a confirming email of payment. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

Comment : They showed up without uniforms, which would not have been a biggie if it had not been their marketing hook. And they were telling each other their opinions about our stuff WHILE I WAS RIGHT THERE--some of them even asked if we were selling any of it, What? And though they were "friendly," they were not very careful. Our refrigerator has two dings and a missing piece of trim on the bottom, they killed 3 of our large plants, they pulled the dryer hose OUT OF THE WALL which we had to replace, and when we got to our new house they were in a rush to finish, so it was chaotic and difficult to manage. We were so happy when they left!

Comment : I used you move me 4 years ago and I turned to them when I needed to move across PDX. This is a reliable and affordable company. The crew was professional and came ready in full covid 19 compliance. I am forever thankful for this company as mid move the elevator to my old, and I mean old, overheated and stopped working. Without a second thought the crew started hauling my stuff down 4 flights of stairs without a complaint.
