Comment : We used You Move me on a long distance move from Kansas City to Myrtle Beach. They sent two drivers, Kolby and Chris who drove the 20-hours plus drive in a moving van to get our belongings to us all in tact. These two maintained contact through the journey, they were on time with the actual move in, professional , and courteous. I would CERTAINLY use You Move Me and if possible, this awesome team!!

Comment : My family used You Move Me 3 years ago and did not have an issue so we decided to use them on this move 10/14/21. This time they underestimated our need for a second truck which we had the first time and we mentioned need for it. So they tired to make a second trip to our house but told us they could not move all of our items. Furniture they took apart king bed frame, and tables etc they said they do not have time to put it back together at our new house. Trying to put the king bed frame together we discovered it had been broken and some hardware was missing so we had to dispose of it and buy another frame. They also scratched our new walls. They were instructed not to move my teenage sons closet, his book bags and linens we are in there and those were things we can get since they were so pressed on time and we needed bigger things moved. Later that night after my son got out of school and got his book bags to the new house he unzipped it, and removed his wallet he hidden inside to discover that his 150 was stolen They took all his bigger bills and left him with just the 1 dollar bills Since it was after business hours he discovered this we called them first thing the next morning. The manager took our complaint and said they were informing their corporate office and they have not said anything since Breaking my furniture or not moving stuff we paid you to move is bad enough. But stealing from a child is beyond horrible Would never recommend them as we feel violated.
