Comment : You Move Me was awesome! They helped move my elderly mom from her home in Thornton into an apartment in Fort Collins. They paid extra special care to her fragile belongings. Geron was so friendly and professional, he set her right at ease during a potentially stressful time. They were affordable and professional but more importantly, they were so personable that my mom won not stop talking about how great they are. Thank you so much to the team at You Move Me, it means a lot to be able to depend on this moving company for taking care of my moms move when I live out of state!

Comment : If they damage any furniture, they will not take responsibility nor cover the cost of the repair! Due to the negligence of their truck driver, they hit and drove up over the storage facility keypad pillar getting in. The truck came down hard and it damaged their truck, popped one of their tires with the truck almost turning over. My antique bed now has a cracked headboard with loose molding and a chunk of wood missing from the top. The footboard was also damaged, along with an antique wooden pillar. I provided pictures of the damage, they sent someone out to my house to take pictures, after moving me, but to no avail. Stall tactics. I was told I could not prove they damaged my furniture. They said they had pay me $.06 per pound citing the contract. How they figured what my bed and pillar weighed was a subjective mystery to me. Their customer service looks out for them, not their customers!
