Comment : We used White Lion of Deefield to store our household furniture and belongings for approximately 3 months. When the items were delivered to our new home our expensive sofa had a hole in it, our pots/pans and dishes were missing and they damaged our bedroom set. We tried tirelessly to work with Jennifer who is completely incompetent. We advised her a furniture repair expert was needed to fix the sofa and the bedroom set. She sent JC who is one of the movers, not a furniture repair person. He did more damage to the bedroom set as he is not qualified to do such repairs. She then sent another employee who stated he could NOT fix the sofa as that was not his expertise, he tried to repair the damage JC did to no avail. Jennifer ignores the fact they delivered a box to us that belonged to another client as I suggested our box may have gone to the wrong person. No response from her and the missing items are still missing. She is not competent in understanding how to try to resolve issues, she skirts the subject. If you have anything of value do not have White Lion move it, or store it. I wonder if the owner of the franchise knows what goes on as we are unable to communicate with him.
