Comment : I used white glove relocation out of Illinois for my transfer. They did an excellent job with handling my items. I have used movers in the past. There service was like the name states. White glove relocation will earn my business on my next relocation and I will gladly serve as a reference for this company. I just wanted to take a minute out to let everyone know this is an A company in my eyes.

Comment : Worst experience ever I moved 5 months ago with this company. They list that they are located in Naperville but my mover came from Chicago. With the added distance coming from Chicago I was forced to pay an extra fee for gas and mileage. The movers were supposed to be there between 8 to 10am and showed up at noon due to a flat tire. I called the unhelpful customer service and was advised to call the movers myself to resolve the time of their arrival. A day after the move I noticed I was missing a mirror. I emailed and called the company but still have not gotten my mirror or reimbursement.
