Comment : I want to take this opportunity to review this company that shipped my car from Arlington Virginia to a small town in Sweden (Harnosand). It turned out to be a perfect delivery, through a drop-off I requested at a local Subaru dealer, and then how it felt when I drove it home. I will be the first to admit that I was not the easiest of customers, often questioning things that they must take for granted, but the proof of the pudding is that the staff, each in their your own way, participated in getting my car to me with zero damage, indeed exactly as it was turned over, and for that potential customers need to know that they created a very satisfied customer. I hope that they keep on doing what they are doing and please remain aware that customers appreciate the difference between service providers when they choose one. What may appear fungible to the average eye - a ship is a ship and the steps along the way are the same - but there is a marked difference between just doing routine work and doing a job that a service provider can be proud of. Need I say where West Coast Shipping stands along that spectrum? I think not.

Comment : By being responsible with peoples stuff. Thing I packed inside the cab of my truck arrived outside of the cab damaged and when I emailed they are not excepting responsibility. My truck has scratches down the side and arrived with a screw in the tire from their shipping yard. My newborns walker new was what was in the cab of truck. Has missing wheel and freeze and scratches all over it. If you value your possessions that you have worked hard for I had definitely go with a different company. I moved to Dubai and eventually will be moving back to the states. But will most definitely not use this company again
