Comment : We used Werner Donaldson to move from Bradenton to Hershey PA. Our Driver, Al Jenkins arrived without the appropriate packing materials and the trailer was filthy. Jenkins did nothing to supervise or manage the loading crew. Our good furniture was carelessly loaded and not adequately padded. As a result we suffered excessive damage, at least 3000 by our estimate. Garnet Willis, the operations manager was of little help in resolving our claim. All he offered was the refund of our 250 deductible, a gesture we found insulting. We have moved cross country 7 times before and never experienced anything close to the disaster to these guys rained on our household goods. Avoid them at all costs
