Comment : I liked the Watts Brothers moving company. The guys were very thoughtful and polite to work with. I had a good experience. I had to move some stuff from our storage unit to our store and we had no trouble all the way. They were very careful and professional. There was a box which was particularly very heavy. But the guys managed to move it smoothly and they didn’t damage any articles. It was a relief to see the truck rolling towards my store right on time. I never had any issues with them. I would recommend them to anyone I know if they ask me for movers. I know I would be needing movers soon to move some more stuff and I would probably go with these guys again. It is a lot of work to find a decent moving company these days! Most of them over price for their services and they do tend to be rude. But these guys are really better compared to such guys.

Comment : Our moving day was very exciting, especially when we saw the big, black moving trucks roll in our drive. Watts Bro. are very professional and caring about every little detail that matters to you. Not only do they care, but they have movers who are very polite and thoughtful. Each piece that went into the truck was properly cared for as if it were a new baby. I would most definately use this company again. Put your trust in Watts Bros. Moving and Storage.

Comment : There were few drawbacks but still I would recommend This moving company. The reason is they are very professional and patient to deal with all people. The drivers were very sincere and did what they actually promised to do. Except this particular problem everything went well. They reached my new office in correct time and unpacked the items before I reached the office.

Comment : We chose Watts Brothers Moving and Storage because we thought a local company would do better job for us than a big national chain and the owners were wonderful to deal with. The movers were very friendly, but I feel like they prioritized being fast over being cautious, especially with furniture. They were passing a piece of furniture from one mover to another and they dropped a drawer out of the piece, and the drawer shattered and the drawer pull came out, but they did not come talk to me about it, they just put it on the truck, so I did not see the damage until our destination. They also damaged my husbands desk, and he did not notice it until we got to our new home. It would have been much more professional to tell us then and there what had happened so we could assess the damage and look for the missing drawer pull. I would have appreciated them admitting they made a mistake and being professional about it, rather than hoping we did not notice.
