Comment : I wish I could write a better review because initially I was really impressed. But several of my furniture items were damaged and the company failed to take responsibility for it. Their standard insurance coverage does not even begin to cover the cost of repairs much less replacement of the items. They take the items and send you a check for $.60 per pound that the item weighs. $300 in exchange for my damaged $7000 bedroom set?! (Not to repair, but to replace. They keep the item in exchange for the check). Makes no sense. What a joke. I know thats standard for the industry but these guys failed to take proper care of our items during the move. 5 items were damaged. They did not even try to make things right when I spoke with the manager. One of the movers was not competent enough to do most of the work and always had to rely on the help of the others. The main guy was great but his help left much to be desired. They did arrive on time and worked efficiently with very little break time. We even provided food and drinks for the movers and tipped each one very well. It was not until later that we found all the damages. their prices were good. You get what you pay for, I suppose. I am disappointed to say the least and will be recommending that others NOT use this company.

Comment : I put off booking a mover until the last minute on a weekend in August in Austin Bad idea. After calling about 20 places that were booked up, Vosco added a slot for me. I had to pay a little extra for booking so late, but everything worked out well and they billed the same number of hours as my last move did. Three hours for a one bedroom move feels high to me, but I guess it is about right unless I got screwed the last time as well...

Comment : I have used Vosco Moving twice now. Once in 2011 to move to Austin from New Braunfels. And again, recently, from Austin to my home in Leander. Both times the guys were personable, and took great care in my belongings and did a great job. Anytime I know someone is moving, I recommend Vosco to them. Now that I own a home, I hope to never move again. But if I had to, Id be using Vosco again.

Comment : When I decided to move I contacted Vosco Moving and I will tell you that were FANTASTIC! I have moved several times over the years and they were the best moving company that I have used. They were on time, and my move from a 2nd floor apartment to a 3rd floor apartment, with a drive from East Austin to West Austin took less than 2 1/2 hours total! If you are looking for a great moving company that cares about their customers Vosco Moving is your company!

Comment : They were on time, professional and worked quickly. I am very disappointed with the office staff. Firstly I was told I had receive a call to confirm my move 48 hours before. I never received that call and therefore was unsure if anyone would even show up. Then when I called the number given to contact if I had a move scheduled and in progress I was sent to voicemail. On the day of my move I found out that there is no one available on the weekends, a time when most people end up actually moving. So if you have a problem on a weekend you are SOL. In fact, after 5 voicemails to the manager I still have yet to receive a call back, it is now Wednesday and I have also left messages during business hours the past 3 days. Unprofessional and very poor costumer service for something as personal as moving that you pay a premium for. I will look elsewhere in the future just because of this. Completely unacceptable
