Comment : The worst experience ever!!! Never will use them again. First a mover broke a hand made Italian plate and did not tell anyone but just threw it away, they took furniture that was not supposed to go after being told 3 times what was to go and what was not going, then when I see the bill its over $400 as they charged the minimum of 3 hrs at $95 per hour and and then they charge and hour of labor on top of it and taxes. When speaking to them in the phone you are told that taxes, shipping supplies and all charges are apart of the $95 per hour. They did not want to pay for the plate they broke and when I started putting away my living room items I found out they broke my speaker and of course they never told me. Do not use these unprofessional people. Get someone professional. This hack of a company should be out of business!

Comment : When I first spoke to the company on the phone they seemed honest. The owner told me that they owned 17 company trucks and were available any day to pick up my items. They even gave me 10 free book boxes! I packed up all of my household goods so the time will be faster of pick up and delivery. When they came to assess the move and deliver my boxes they looked around my townhouse. They were speaking in a foreign language as they looked around. A week later it was moving day. The guys showed up promptly. Three of them However, they showed up in a BUDGET truck that was clearly too small for all of my stuff. The only guy out of the three that spoke English told me that it's the biggest one they owned.ummm. Budget truck is a rent truck! I know that and they know that! Anyways, the start to move my stuff and realize that not all will fit and they would have to make several trips. At this point time is ticking and they only were able to fit half of my stuff in the small truck. I told

Comment : VERY EXPENSIVE AND UNPROFESSIONAL I agree with the a other reviewer. This movers are very unprofessional and expensive. There is no free boxes and charge us extra 50 for 2 TVs to be extra wrap with bubble wrap. However, they only wrap one of them and still charge the same. The charge is 255 for 3 hours 85 for extra hour and offer 5 off for military discount. I pack everything myself in boxes to make sure all they do is load and unload to save money. I called and negotiated the price. Unfortunately, there is no written quote and when I asked about it when they arrive they told me it is all good and that they have it written to the same price we where quoted. Total move is 3 hours from 6-9pm when their tuck arrive to the new house we are moving into and before they can unload, I got really busy with prepping and helping them out that they decided to haggle with my passive husband to pay them 600.00 and convince him that it was the best price in town. I did not know all this until they left. I called and of course no answer It is true they have no business etiquette and good costumer service. They speak in their own native tongue Russian and when they are talking in English with me they start making fun of my husband that was watching my infant while we are moving. They have no courtesy and very expensive they will haggle you with money and YES, no military discount and free packing supply and boxes that was just gimmicks maybe even write their own review to give 5 stars SO BEWARE
