Comment : Avoid this company, I have called twice and confirmed 2 separate appointments for a move estimate. First time they scheduled for the wrong day & the clown did not show for the 2nd one. The office never called about the 1st or 2nd appointments, totally useless

Comment : Save yourself money and stress and just do not. All the negative reviews say it all. They cannot provide an accurate estimate, and you will pay almost twice as much. They will leave stuff behind, they will damage your belongings. Too bad, their counterparts in New England who finally delivered my stuff are good guys.

Comment : Excellent. Our household goods arrived on-time and undamaged. Kudos to their estimator, Paul Carter, who did a much more thorough job than his competitors and gave Victory the advantage in aggressively pricing their services.

Comment : Terrible customer service. Complete failure in all ways. Do not use them. My employer unfortunately used them and they only delivered half of my goods. Thereafter I am usually overseas they charged me exorbitant fees for their failure.

Comment : We had another vendor cancel on us at the last minute and needed help with a complicated logistics project involving 20 different steps, and Victory Van came to our rescue! Solid communication at every step and I noticed the truck showed up an hour early but did not come to our location. The driver said they didn't want to disturb us and were extremely polite. Our stuff was stored for a week and nothing was damaged, I noticed they took extra steps to insure there would be damaged by giving us packing materials we weren't charged for. I would not hesitate to use Victory Van again.
