Comment : My move cost 50% more than I was originally quoted, and the movers were completely unprofessional. -Movers were deliberately slow in completing move resulting in increased costs; at one point, after I did not see them in the apartment for 45 minutes, I went to find them and they were just sitting in the air conditioned cab of the vehicle using their phones; I later found them smoking cigarettes in the truck -Overuse of packing materials that led to significant upcharge of materials (e.g. they somehow used 27 packing blankets, and they insisted that two small rugs be packed separately though they should have been consolidated into a single bundle) -Mislabeling of household goods that led to upcharge in materials (e.g. item labeled china that is a table protector, my only golf bag is listed twice) -Lack of transparency on charges; I was required to sign all paperwork including the credit card authorization before the total bill was presented -The movers were rude and disrespectful; they slammed vehicle doors after speaking with me, and after the first four hours they would not provide any feedback on how much more time they needed to complete the move when they knew I had a flight to catch that evening.

Comment : Stay far away from this company! I wish I had read the reviews before hiring them. My things arrived with so many damages. And do not even bother questioning them about it. They do not care. To make matters worse, their staff is incredibly rude!! After quoting you, they charge you so many extra fees claiming your items exceeded cubic feet whatever the hell that means. You have been warned! RUN.

Comment : Worst moving company. They need to be investigated and shut down. They quote a low price, get your stuff on the truck, then say it took up more cubic feet than expected and they 5 the price. The owner, the office staff is not to be trusted. There is a reason for all the 1 star reviews.
