Comment : VIP Van lines we are great. They showed up on time and took very good care of all of my belongings. They did not break one item. There were no scuffs or scratches on any of my furniture. They put covering down for all of the hardwood floors which were not damaged with all of the heavy furniture. I really appreciated how careful they were moving everything. I will use them again if I move.

Comment : The movers were supposed to arrive between 9 and 10 am on February 13. I called the company at 9:30 to ask where they where. An incredibly rude Scott picked up the phone and said that my appt never made it to the books. All though I had an email confirmation from Scott himself for my move date apparently he never bothered putting me in the schedule. To make matters worse Scott acted as though it was my fault. He said that since he never called me on Thursday to "double confirm" that I should not have expected them to come. He went one to say that "the ball was just dropped." Mind you, I had taken an entire day off work for this and had to move on a week day. Scott said that the earliest he could get somone out was the next morning and offered no type of discount since he already gave me $50 off their exorbitantly high price. Thankfully I was able to get in touch with a second moving services that consisted of actual professionals that were able to move me that day, in under 2 hours, for a total price of 160. Do not let the Groupon fool you. This company has the worst customer service I have ever experianced.
