Comment : UPack was fabulous to work with. I had to get a container at the last minute. They actually brought one to my house the next day. Everyone that we dealt with from the customer service representatives to the delivery drivers. Were so helpful and kind. ABF who delivered the container to our new place was also great. They arrived on time and were very courteous. I will definitely use UPack again.

Comment : Lets face it: Moving is stressful, but UPack made it so much better! They were responsive, on time, and beat the price on all of the competitors! Their policy of pay for only what you use is great - we had two ReloCubes delivered and only used one. No hidden fees or taxes, unlike Pods! Reading the BBB reviews of Packrat scared me away, so I stuck it out with UPack and could not be more satisfied.
