Comment : It had been an ongoing issue for about 4 years and they finally gave us new coils. They had been here every year since it had been installed. Did not charge us for the parts just the labor.

Comment : I pay 155 a month in HOA dues at MeadowRidge Townhomes and the property management company is dismal. I have submitted maintenance requests online, per their recommendation and they ignore them. I call and speak with Tom about these requests and nothing is ever done. My yard looks abysmal - sprinklers do not work, the hostas they planted 3 summers ago died after the first year and theyhave not bothered to replace them...the townhomes in MeadowRidge are looking more and more rundown, especially the ones closest to I-35. The HOA simply does not care.
