Comment : I came across United Transportation through a separate brokerage company (New Leaf Moving Group). New Leaf was absolute TRASH with horrible customer service, and I would never do business through them again. The only saving grace of my cross country move was the excellent movers and customer service I received from United Transportation. The movers during pick up and delivery were professional and polite. My move ended up costing more than I anticipated because the brokerage company did not provide accurate estimates. However, Alex from United Transportation customer service was able to provide a reasonable discount to accommodate my moving budget. I appreciated their services very much. My only regret was not booking directly with them to begin with.
