Comment : These guys are great! Top notch customer service all the way around. They will make sure to accommodate your schedule at YOUR convenience. I scheduled 2 moves with them and, pretty much, both of them last minute. They were able to set it up both appointments as per my request. The movers are very courteous, professional and fast. Nothing was damaged and they followed all of my directions precisely. Highly recommend

Comment : We used UMS for our recent move from a 3 level tow home to another 3 level town home approximately 20-30 miles apart. Five guys showed up promptly at the promised time. They did not hesitate to hit the ground running as soon as they parked. Although they used a large truck, we apparently had a LOT of stuff to move! They had to make TWO trips to complete the entire move and did so without hesitation, or any extra charges. None of our furniture was damaged. The crew was professional, reliable, and courteous. It is important to note that most movers charge for 1 hour of lunch: whereas these movers kept going for a total of 7 hours with NO break except the drive from point A to point B. We would highly recommend UMS for your next move.

Comment : Charged extra fee for moving a sofa upstairs, even though I informed them during quote moving to 3 level town home. No unpacking done. Newly installed wood floors scratched and marks left across newly painted walls. Reached out to company and never heard back. Would not use this company again.
