Comment : I recently shipped 8 50 lb boxes and 1 50 TV from Seattle to Pune through UniRelo. Overall the experience was pretty smooth, from the time I initiated contact with them to the time I received the packages in India. UniRelo personnel mentioned that one of my boxes was received by them with tears and after getting my permission, covered my packages in tape to ensure that they would not tear up or open during transit. The TV itself was received in a wooden pallet and I examined it before signing off on the delivery. The UniRelo team in India coordinated with me to get the Customs clearance without me having to send my original passport, which was a great relief. Even for payment of duties to Customs, they coordinated and handled it well.

Comment : Very happy with my move from New York to New Delhi. Deepa and the team were very helpful in answering my questions and ensuring a smooth process. Nothing major damaged in the move - one minor scratch on one item of furniture. Very satisfied. In fact recommended Unirelo to another one of my friends who is also moving to India.
