Comment : Horrible move experience with them last year. They were incredibly unprofessional - ended up charging me double their estimate and they did not even move all my stuff. I was 5 months pregnant and had to physically move stuff on my own. They damaged some of our things and it took weeks to even get someone to call you back. Seriously a HORRIBLE experience!!! I would never recommend them to anyone

Comment : Last week was very hectic for me but thank god for USA Express Moving, they were able to reduce my stress levels by handling the move efficiently. My move was very last minute so I had a million things to do and having to worry about a moving company was the last thing on my list. Right from the very first phone call I knew I had called the right place. The company's customer service representative was excellent; she took the time to explain all the services available and detailed the costs. I opted for a full pack service as I was short on time and the extra cost was worth it. I cannot thank enough the moving men; their attention to detail was excellent, not only did they arrive on time but they took their time with all my valuable items.Thank you USA Express Moving, I was very impressed with your customer service and I will be definitely recommending you to all my friends.
