Comment : Having moved nine times in the last several years, this is by far the worst company I have ever worked with. Not only did I have to run to Lowes to pick up more bubblewrap, The team of workers were unprepared,untrained and unprofessional. $1600 worth of damage was done to my items. The company is refusing to refund or repair any damaged items. But will give me a check for $63.30! They claim that because I refused insurance, that I was never told about, $63.30 is all they can give me. As you can see from the following pictures, many items were left unwrapped and unprotected and basically thrown into a box. In the picture with the green blanket, that is my blanket and they wrapped one of my clocks in it. How does this company stay in business? It was obvious from the start these men were in a hurry and just wanted to get done. Do not use this company to move your dog house let alone your own house.

Comment : US Van Lines was recommended to us by our friends. With our impending move, we needed all the help we could get through the sales people when we contacted them. They gave us a reasonable quote and we went with them . Although the guys showed up a lil early but that was no concern at all since they also managed to finish up early. These guys moved quickly and efficiently and the way they wrapped the furniture it was simply amazing!! Pleasant to work with and reasonably priced . . This company gives great importance to soft skills and conducts regular training for their employees.

Comment : I used this company two months ago. I had a couple pf boxes labeled Christmas Gifts. Now that its time to wrap gifts, I discovered a gift missing. It was a piece of jewelry for my mom. I did not think I needed to check boxers once move was completed. My may be thinking maybe I placed it somewhere else. No all the other gifts where this with the exception of the jewelry. I am really hurt by this. You save and save to get that one special gift to have it stolen.
