Comment : The website will not let me select DO NOT USE. There were 3 movers. Many of my items were damaged. The company refused to take responsibility because I did not observe the damage occur. They claim that perhaps their workers did not know they damaged the items. How can a mover break the control panel off a washing machine and not know they broke it? Or break a floor lamp from its base so that it no longer stands and not know they broke it? Or break the hutch off a desk and not know they broke it? There were multiple items damaged totaling a few thousand dollars.
