Comment : My previous experience with moving companies was stressful to say the least. As a realtor, I did not even have a company I could recommend to my clients, however on my recent personal move I received a postcard from This Side Up - a relative new comer to the area and decided to give them a try after meeting their area manager Jacob. They turned up promptly, managed to get their vehicle up my driveway (no other company had been able to do this) without causing damage and the crew worked diligently all day with humor and the utmost care. They even reassembled my daughters bed better than the original bed company. A couple of items were left off the truck since I had under estimated the amount of boxes I would have. Rather than cram them on and risk damaging items, they came back the next day at no additional charge. They also disconnected and reconnected my washer and dryer as part of the service. I would definitely use them again and look forward to referring them to my clients.
