Comment : Terrible moving company. Spent thousands to move 1.25hrs across state lines and purchased the full insurance. I moved 2/1/19. The movers showed up more than 1hr late, then proceeded to take 1hr getting ready. 2.5hrs after the scheduled time they were supposed to arrive and no box or item had even made it onto the truck. The two movers were polite and respectful and it got progressively colder as the day went on. Once at the destination, took much much longer to unload than pack up the truck. Movers slipped on snow that they tracked up onto the truck ramp (I do not blame them) and broke a bookcase. I got the full insurance, no problem, right? Two months later and no word of the repair. I called and was told I had be getting a call any day to schedule delivery. Now 3months later, I call again. Below is the text I received....so it was never taken to be fixed in the first place. Hoping I had forgot about it and they had get to pocket my fee for full insurance without having to actually replace my damaged item?? Save yourself the nonsense and find another company.
