Comment : I called Southern Winds in June 2014 inquiring about shipping my household goods back to Australia. I had spoken to a few other companies and was given quotes that differed by thousands and most of the people I spoke to sounded very dodgy and never seemed to give me the exact info I needed. Not so with Southern Winds International. I spoke to Donovan from the get go and he was amazing. Nothing was hidden, no extras, worked with me on price, walked me through the entire process from packing to receiving my shipment in Australia. If I called him he always had time for me, if I emailed him he would reply almost immediately. His attention to a customer is amazing. I packed everything myself (I have shipped household goods all over the world over the last 20 or so years so I know how to pack well). Two plastic plates/chargers arrived broken, 99% of the shipment was intact and arrived in perfect condition.
