Comment : I have used SD MOVERS for several years and many moves. However, this last move recently, his team damaged the stairs in the building and ripped part of the carpet. When we contacted them about the issue, they ignored us, blocked our phone numbers, and when we finally got a hold of them (from a different number), they argued that is was not a big deal. They ended up talking to our landlord, but basically ignored them too saying it was not their fault. Our landlord was very upset and ultimately charged us for it. In addition, they authorized a charge on our credit card without approval. We are now dealing with the credit card companies to get our money back for the unauthorized amount. Very shady company. I would not recommend them.
