Comment : Worst company I have ever dealt with. They never showed up to our house the day of our move. Our contract stated a Monday move. They could not make it and asked to come on Tuesday. They never showed again and asked to come on Wednesday. By now I had to financially compensate the buyers for their inconvenience. They never showed on Wednesday either. They expect payment in full before the job is done. I had to go get Uboxes from Uhaul and move myself at the cost of five thousand dollars. At 8pm on Wednesday they called and said they would be there in 2 hours. I told them it was too late and by law we had to vacate the premises. They refused to refund us the four thousand dollars we had paid them. Luckily we had a good relationship with our bank they reversed the charges on our account. The moving company had 90 days to dispute and they never did. This was a significant stressful event for us. I would NEVER recommend them
