Comment : The movers showed up on time and worked hard throughout the entire day. The bill estimate was dead accurate and all my belongings were carefully wrapped and transported. I have had some bad experiences with moving companies in the past and I will 100% be using Real Deal Van Lines in the future. I highly recommend them.

Comment : Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Our pick up time was 1:30-4. They finally showed up at 6:45-7pm. They didn't finish unloading our belongings until 1am. After unpacking we realized we were missing items. They items were found on the truck and deliverd to us BROKEN! Also we had 5 full Silverado truck loads of stuff left at our old place that we had to move ourselves! The company has refused to work with us to resolve the issue. We were give. 10 an hour discount. Hardly makes up for the experience we have had! Disgusted!

Comment : Dave was good to deal with over the phone and the two guys he sent were nice kids BUT they did not use blankets when they should have, they carried everything by hand vs using straps etc. lots of damage to my brand new oak stairs, some serious scuffs on my just painted (by a professional furniture refinisher, dented the bottom of my stackable washer/dryer, demolished a lamp shade. Lots of other little things, as well. I texted Dave but have not heard word one from him. I thought he would surely call me to at least check in but nothing but crickets. Ya, they were cheaper than most... guess you get what you pay for. Signed, a very disappointed former customer No, I would not recommend them because I never heard from them after texts and calls. They did not care about making it right.
