Comment : Worse moving experience ever. When they came to pick up my furniture, they had overloaded the truck, so they strapped my bicycle to the back of the truck. I had to pay for storage as I did not have an address yet. I was late a few times , yet they never charged me a late charge when they billed me until when I was to have the furniture delivered, then my fixed estimate jumped up to almost double of what was on the invoice. I had always heard of this happening, but it had never happened before Now, I know The delivery what a joke First I was told they would be there Friday, then Saturday, then Sunday morning. The driver showed up at noon Sunday with absolutely no other help. He unloaded the truck by himself, dropped my kitchen table and broke a piece off. When it came time for my couch which I told him he would not be able to do it himself surprise I was right. Thankfully another delivery driver came to my house and I asked him if he would help unload the couch and he did. Otherwise, it would probably still be on the truck. There was a shattered picture and the driver told me it was broken when they put it on the truck, and when he said something, they said take it anyway. Do not hire these people, especially for a long distance move
